My mattress quiz said this would be good for side sleeping. I only sleep on my sides I’m 5’9 200lbs I workout 🏋️♂️ everyday I’m heavy for my size. Do you think this firmness would be good ?
Generally speaking, no. This is a firm mattress. Firm mattresses are ideal for stomach and some back sleepers, but very few side sleepers. You would be better off with a medium to medium-firm feel. Within the Helix lineup that means Helix Midnight & Helix Dusk.
Twilight might be too firm for me but I have decided to follow the recommendation of my chiropractor and buy the firmer option when in doubt and add a mattress topper if ends up being too firm. Can always add a softer topper if mattress ends up being too firm but more difficult to "fix" if mattress ends up being softer than preferred. Hope I am on the right track. :)
In general, I don't advise using toppers for long term use. With a new mattress especially it really doesn't make sense. You should instead try to find a mattress that works for your body. If you buy a firm mattress > find it's too firm > buy a topper > find out you needed medium / medium-firm the whole time, then it just makes more sense to buy the medium / medium-firm feel. Toppers are fine to extend the life of a mattress or in cases where one couple needs a firmer or softer feel. Outside of those cases, in general, I think you're better off avoiding long term topper use.

wow amazing review!
Thank you! Glad it was helpful.
killer review! Truly.
Thank you very much!
Is the Helix Twilight that you demonstrated placed on a board? I need a mattress to be low to the floor and wonder if this can be placed on the floor?
It's on a platform bed.
You shouldn't place the mattresses directly on the floor. It needs to be on some type of a foundation, slats, platform, etc.

I also took the test and was told the Helix Twilight was good for me. I am a side sleeper, 5’ 0” and 165 lbs. Can this test be trusted?
I'd like a review on Twilight Luxe. Thank you
Thanks for your suggestion. I will add it to our list.

What is off gassing? I'm guessing it's not about farting but that's what it sounds like lol
It's how strong the mattress smells and how long that smells lingers on the mattress.
