    Absolutely not, needles need to go straight in then out, derma rollers cause much more damage. This is also way too rough on the skin to do all at once.

    Why did u put tca on top of her skin after dermarolling?? Won't that cause severe burns and hyperpigmentation? That's like putting lemon juice on top of a fresh wound if u ask me. Can u please explain how can this possibly be beneficial without causing further damage? I'm just curious is all....

    I’m curious, isn’t TCA meant to penetrate from outside to in, and when micro needling you are allowing the acid to go in working from inside out which was taught to me as not proper for TCA acid. Or was your micro needling done lightly for deeper penetration of acid?

Alot of ppl that have "ance scars" say products have worked for them but they had flat discolored spots on their face..I don't consider that a scar. it's hyperpigmentation. did u have depressed scars? Hi doc! I’m really happy I found your channel 😭 I have been dealing with a lot of skin problems in my face for years now, and I’ve tried treatments from my dermatologist but none of them worked. I’ve tried diamond peel snd other treatments but I don’t think it helped my skin. I tried isotretinoin for 4 months which helped me get rid of huge pimples. I am currently on my micro needling journey, I had my second session last Dec 24 and my face feels so itchy right now. It’s been like this since 25 and I noticed bumps all over my face, plus it’s rough in texture already. My dark marks got worse and none of my skin care products work anymore :((

      I suggest you sit down and talk to your dermatologist and have a plan. Dermatological conditions really take time to improve. I cannot really give any recommendations without properly assessing and checking your skin. A formal consultation is the best way to go about your skin issue.

      dermrollers used at home usually have short needles and will not cause that much redness

    • @Remmeister2000
      @Remmeister2000 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Considering you can use micro needling for scars, and burn marks (obviously long healed) would be considered scars (scars is just damaged skin) I would say yes you can, and it would probably lessen the scarring by a lot. Derma rolling helps by making your cells regenerate, so try it out!
