One more concern, when I had comedones, I started using tretinoin suggested by dermat, my skin became completely clear. But as soon as I left it, i again started getting it back, my dermat said you have to keep using for lifetime. But I don't want to keep using it. My dermatologist had suggested using azelaic acid and adapelene creams. I swear by these two. Bohot hi acche results mile hai. Dark spots bohot jaldi heal hogye the mere. Active acne ke liye bhi acchi hai ye creams. My skin type is oily.

I have a genuine concern, is there any risk associated with adapelene or tretinoin in terms of fertility ? Does it affect or causes abnormalities? Like if we are using it at the age of 24...so after 4-5 years is there any long term risk ?
One more concern, when I had comedones, I started using tretinoin suggested by dermat, my skin became completely clear. But as soon as I left it, i again started getting it back, my dermat said you have to keep using for lifetime. But I don't want to keep using it. So can you just help me out that if I start using it again, and if my skin gets clear, when to stop it and how to stop is so that I don't get it back.
@@krishivarma4422 hi.sams with me. Closed comedones tretinoin after stopped using comedones all came back. Currently I'm started with skincare. It just my opinion for my skin I'm going to use it for life. One thing i learnt is skin maintenance for whole life is must. I feel just doing skincare and stopping won't last long result. And at the moment i love doing skincare. So surely i am carrying it for life.

And i have no reason to stop it if its giving not giving me any side effects. I used tretinoin when i was 20 _21. And at the moment I'm 24. And u also asked dr about fertility risk. But there are no major issues i guess. Because this time again before starting with tretinoin i have done lots of research about videos and side effects of tretinoin. But i have not seen major issues except 1 or 2 people's. Just not to use in pregnancy and before convincing. And lots of people's are using it from yrs. I also have comedonal issue so rather than having the face filled with cc i would use tretinoin. From now onwards i will using it for atleast 1.5 hrs straight. Just for information telling I'm using salicylic acid and azelic acid too. So salicylic acid in morning that's how my dermat prescribed be back in days and top it up with sunscreen. And it doesn't irritates me in morning too. And on alternate nights azelic acid and tretinoin.
2 month hogaye thoda effect hua hai dullness chala gaya I have tried this Used it at night only With derma co fashwash and mama earth face scrub(used if only no pimples) 2 times a week at night only and dont forgot to apply moisture and sunscreen

Ma'am. I've been suffering from acne and pimples from last 10 years almost. Not severe acne but small to medium size acne. When it goes ,it gives black spot on my skin. Which looks horrible. Recently, I went to a dermatologist with so much hope. He recommended new face wash, moisturizer, medicines etc etc. I followed his prescription also. But I'm getting new pimples everyday. Why? What should I do now. It's been 7 days to consult him. If dermatologist cannot solve my problem. Who will? I'm depressed. I got depression due to this tension. Plz reply.

My dermatologist had suggested using azelaic acid and adapelene creams. I swear by these two. Bohot hi acche results mile hai. Dark spots bohot jaldi heal hogye the mere. Active acne ke liye bhi acchi hai ye creams. My skin type is oily.

One more concern, when I had comedones, I started using tretinoin suggested by dermat, my skin became completely clear. But as soon as I left it, i again started getting it back, my dermat said you have to keep using for lifetime. But I don't want to keep using it. So can you just help me out that if I start using it again, and if my skin gets clear, when to stop it and how to stop is so that I don't get it back.
@@krishivarma4422 hi.sams with me. Closed comedones tretinoin after stopped using comedones all came back. Currently I'm started with skincare. It just my opinion for my skin I'm going to use it for life. One thing i learnt is skin maintenance for whole life is must. I feel just doing skincare and stopping won't last long result. And at the moment i love doing skincare. So surely i am carrying it for life.

@@krishivarma4422 i think we can. Or we can just take break for few months. Like 1 or 2. I have started with microsphere tretinoin this april again. And i have no reason to stop it if its giving not giving me any side effects. I used tretinoin when i was 20 _21. And at the moment I'm 24. And u also asked dr about fertility risk. But there are no major issues i guess. Because this time again before starting with tretinoin i have done lots of research about videos and side effects of tretinoin. But i have not seen major issues except 1 or 2 people's. Just not to use in pregnancy and before convincing. And lots of people's are using it from yrs.
I also have comedonal issue so rather than having the face filled with cc i would use tretinoin. From now onwards i will using it for atleast 1.5 hrs straight.
Just for information telling I'm using salicylic acid and azelic acid too. So salicylic acid in morning that's how my dermat prescribed be back in days and top it up with sunscreen. And it doesn't irritates me in morning too. And on alternate nights azelic acid and tretinoin.
