Such a great episode. I found Ramy to be very insightful and poignant. You really could see Penn fall in love with Ramy around the 16 min mark when Ramy talked about his love for prayer. I never watched “Ramy” the show before this episode but I was so enamored by Ramy’s interview, that I finally watched it and I binged all 3 seasons in 2 days. AMAZING show!! I’m really looking forward to Season 4.
Wow, what Ramy said about sitting in anxiety being it’s own form of prayer just blew my mind, and probably changed my life …
i may have missed it, what timestamp does he say that? or can you explain what he said please

Ramy is an eloquent speaker
Ramy really lifts my spirits & makes me feel inspired. i’d love to converse with him like this. his process & delivery is so seamless & genuine. ✨ i adore him.
Ramy is doing great work. Impressed.
Free Palestine ❤❤❤
at what point does Penn fall in love with Ramy in this episode? Because i swear from the second it started his eyes dilated into hearts
When he said he liked praying since he was a kid. The parent in Penn became so proud he fell in love.
This was such an inspiring conversation, what a great guest ! 😊
glad you thought so 💖 we 🫶 Ramy
Agreed beautiful conversation. Great guest. He has this kind and old soul energy
omg I'm in love with everybody on this podcast. What a great space. I wish these people were my friends😂
Watching Penn and Ramy connect was magical 😂 I wish the ep was longer!
Ramy is so talented ❤ he’s also super cute and nice 💕
I still remember when I found out that Santa wasn't real 😂😂😂the disappointment was monumental. I saw my parents placing the presents under the tree 😮. Also, I agree with the power of prayers . When I pray I feel elevated and at peace.
Penn come on there was NO comment on Palestine!
Ikr was kinda disappointed
So? It's not a political podcast. People should talk about things they understand. Not about things that are fashionable this month
The episode was recorded prior to the sag aftra strike which means it was done before July of this year
@@ekaf1735calling people getting bombed a fashion trend is disgusting. Be ashamed of yourself.
@@selinkorkmaz1019 you have a basic comprehension problem it seems. Well, I'll try to make it simple enough for you. People geeting bombed (or being murdered in other ways because of some kind of war) is not a fashion trend obviously. Yemen, Syria, Sudan, Iran, China, Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, etc... And it's just most recent. What I called a fashion trend is that this uneducated mob in USA and Europe only cares about one of these many atrocities. People who never cared about protesters being executed in Iran or muslims being tortured in camps in China have no right for their high horse right now. Problem is social media never deemed it fashionable enough until now. I saw like 5 people came to support Iranian women. But now you are searching through all of the internet and policing what people say about Palestine. But the only thing you do is follow a trend that you will give up as soon as it stops being popular. It's just who you are people and this actually IS disgusting. You never care before social media commands you to care.
Fully agree with his answer to the last question, it brought tears to my eyes because I still struggle with being so super hard on myself and that was a much needed refresher for me. Great episode guys
Been waiting for this one 🍿
invite him back!
People have 2 needs. Physical and Spiritual needs. Sometimes people forget about spiritual needs. That's why you can always find people unalived of themselves, they feel empty, lost direction, always missing something that they don't know. Spiritual needs is something that makes you feel peace, happy, and calm. Religion is one of them, if you don't like religion you can also try meditation..
55:55 starts talking about Poor Things
Dan lived long even to become a podcaster.

I saw others say it's cause this episode was recorded in July of 2023, but I agree nevertheless
This is the first time Penn was this silent in an episode, I think he is actually in love 😂with
