All three are still really good in the sequel - jetpack is way better and can prevent enemies from ever getting to you. Burning effects currently only work on host - napalm is fantastic if it is your OP but worthless on someone elses mission.

I think people don’t really understand what the timer in the corner is for. Most people who join me are trying to get EVERYTHING on the map. So they constantly fk up and spend a lot of time and reinforcements. It is much more efficient to just take some stuff from grind location(diamonds, crystals on the map and so on) if you run into them while doing objectives. But people are just obsessed with the idea of getting everything on the fking map. So I don’t hate grinding, I hate people who take it to such an extent
Also in hd1 you didn’t have to grind to get stuff but you did have to grind to upgrade it. Like… you had to spend samples to upgrade EACH stratagem and weapon. While in hd1 you spend samples only to improve stratagems and these upgrades aren’t even nessecary they just make everything a bit easier
I suggest to you is to look at high level players' loadouts and how they play. High level players do not use mechs, vehicles and turret. It was fun to use in the beginning but as the difficulty ramp up, those 3 mentioned aboved are useless as it's a 1 time use. The turret does nothing to tank bugs and more than likely it will turn on it's owner and teammates. Ex. Im at level 50 and a few higher level player were at the extraction point on a level 10+. A level 18 player put their turret in. It turn on all of us and cost us the mission wasting 30 minutes. So the next mission, when that player put that turret in. Do you know what happen? We take it out by shooting it.

In helldivers 2 there are tons of grind spots just so you could have a lot of stuff even if you don’t search for them.
The music in the vid sounds really good, sounds really Sam & Maxy
What's it from?
songs called "The Kings Court" by Kristofer Maddigen from the game Cuphead
i dont think he was happy with impalers being introduced in helldivers 2 lol
Not using mechs in squads yeah, But can not say the same for solo for which he was doing.
Spray pray and run away
I need that gun
Best video on the topic! Which good to hear it's still going even though it's been a dacade or so... But yeah I just rewatched my showcase of the game back then... Oh man did I have the exact same impresstion as the 2nd game evenpreordering it at the last second... So yeah the new game is very much in the same vein even if it's lacking in content.
They really should have kept the Offline mode from the first game
