Working with old version of AD and data sources we had to go pretty deep into AD to fix any problems when one user had another users data mixed up at the data source. Having to drill down to GUID to verify 'John Smith' from 'John Smith' and simple little details you miss at a quick glance. Can't say enough how much I appreciate you taking the time to make these.

Question: It seems like Groups basically have all the features and more compared to shared mailboxes. Why even have shared mailboxes then? Correct me if I'm wrong but Almost seems like shared mail boxes is an antiquated feature being preserved for a minority.
Good question. When creating groups the shared mailbox is created automatically. They are mostly used when you have a customer contacting a specific group/team, for example dealing with billing issues for a large company. Or used for contacting a specific team for specific issues and anybody from that group can assist. It's not completely antiquated because of some special circumstances.

This is only for those people, and is separate from individual mailbox and etc... keyword is shared. I hope that helps.
