My parents barely stutters. Their little stuttering is inherited by me and my elder brother. I caught stuttering at age 15 while my brother did it much more earlier. It sticks even in your adulthood. Whenever I talk to someone I feel the intense pressure and fear of stuttering. When it occurs, I feel embarrassed and meanness or baseness towards the person I'm talking to. The fundamental aspect of character is found at dust when you stutter severely in front of several people. Since what we say and how we express our opinions matter a lot in shaping our personality and reputation, our fluency in a language is crucial.
However, I don't stutter when I read and sing songs. I feel uplifting experience during these two activities. It is only talking to a someone face to face and on telephone, that is challenging.
Despite that, I have managed to live by it. I teach many students English and math. Yet, I'm not happy with where I am. For overall success, speech must improve first, right?
There are no permanent solution for Stuttering up until now. But I'm an optimist. Countless advances in biology are made with the help of AI. I hope one-day AI will come up with a solution or a cure for Stuttering.
