Thanks James for the video. Met you at the BC Sportsman Show in Chilliwack. It was a pleasure. Cant wait to try the trout lures as soon as the ice is off. What size weight do you recommend for still water lakes? Thanks again, and we are subscribed. 👍
I really like like using Wicked lures & have caught many Salmon & Cutthroat trout while using them. My only gripe is the finish on the blade tarnishes very quickly and easily. I’m fishing in rivers , so it’s not like saltwater is the issue. Just my experience..
The brass we use on these blades do need to have a little up keep after many trips to the river or salt. Use a fiber cloth and a little Brasso they should shine right up.
First of all the advantage of using Wicked Lures is the versatility. Since their tied on mono and the weight being up the line they twitch and move like bait in the water. The salmon will hit them on the drop like a twitching jig on the swing and at the boat. They will commit to this lure with three different presentations. Also you can set them up to back troll or anchor up like plug fishing for salmon. Now you can take the same lure going from freshwater to saltwater and troll them for coho behind a short bus flasher or a pro troll flasher. Guys our now using them to float fish for coho and even steelhead. Last thing you can also beach fish for salmon with them using the same set up like the video.
Thank you very much. I wish I could fish the rivers in Russia with Wicked Lures. That is a beautiful country and lots of rivers. Большое спасибо. Я бы хотел ловить рыбу в реках России на Wicked Lures. Это красивая страна и много рек. Bol'shoye spasibo. YA by khotel lovit' rybu v rekakh Rossii na Wicked Lures. Eto krasivaya strana i mnogo rek
Absolutely you can. We tie them up just like the video. I would recommend if your casting off shore for salmon to us 1/2 or 1 ounce in lines. I have caught a lot of salmon just casting off the beach doing this technique. You can go a bit longer on your lure leader 32-36 inches.
Best video of a tutorial ever! Miss the first. Get the second. Hell ya! I bought this lure to support y’all!
Awesome! Thank you!
Love your product! It's my go to lure. Just add water. Lol
Thanks brotha...
Does this setup work fine with a 15-20 pound flouro mainline instead of braid?

What is the advantage to this instead of fishing a spinner with the weight built into it ?

Как я могу отправить вам несколько Wicked Lures?
What river are you fishing if you don’t mind me asking?
Queets river in Washington state

Could I fish this off the shore on salt water?

Sweet thanks! Will try it out next year!
I tried using a 3/8 ounce in line and it didn't cast very far. I'll try the 1 ounce.
Are you adding scent and if so where are you applying it?
Yes put pro cure bloody tuna gel or prawn oil on the hoochie skirt and bottom bead.
