Fun fact about the baghriirs Moroccans are so busy that they sometimes just buy em from expert ladies that sell them in souks or medinas, helps them make a living and eases the pressure on working moms to have something healthy and fun to eat. Tip try to make em a lil smaller next time, about 1/2 the size, it'll trick your brain into eating more and having more fun with the spreads.

Hey , who ever gave the baghrir ingredients was wrong, you don’t need baking powder, 50 50 semolina and all purpose flower , water and yeast , and that’s all about it, the X factor is to let it ferment for 20-30 min in a closed container in a dark spot, and you need a smaller pan and boom 100000000 holes fluffy and delicious, in Rabat we mix butter and honey and a 2 drops of orange blossom water , oh you will be amazed , nice try though
