When I first discovered Periphery I listened to this album over and over for months, then found out its the first album of a double concept album. When you listen to both, and discover just how many musical and lyrical motifs there are throughout these albums, it makes more sense, and are able to see just how good they are. I do agree though that the albums kinda stand alone, but I think that's purposeful by the band. They really created something special, in my opinion. Now you gotta do one for Omega!
