This album is just awesome. Pretty and heavy at the same time. Nobody expected something this good. I would say she even overshadowed Linkin Park and for me... this album is on par with Nex Gen from BMTH. Also I would say, she and Jordan absolutely nailed the sound, many of the songs sound like something we grew up with, so they feel like we know the music already, but feels fresh aswell.

Bridge of Push Go needs to be about twice as long, and then just end the song like that but with half time drums.

This album is really cool, i love ashes of all, but absolutely nothing tops What the future holds. IT was such an incredible album, i cannot even describe it.

Last 3 songs on the album is the best part.. With the best song at the end. My album od the year and surprisingly also song of the year Good Things Go ❤️ that song is something else

I’m happy that you did the reaction to this album her grows an harsh vocals reminds me of Courtney so much spirit box but poppy cleans are so beautiful just gorgeous, but I love this album from start to finish and that’s one of my albums of the year Poppy is just freaking amazing and I am glad you did this one my man much love bro and I got another band for you to check out called promised downfall they are a phenomenal metalcore band and the lady singer along with the male vocals so so good man there last two singles I been very impressed with to from that band

That first song sounds like Head like a hole by NIN, and the title track sounds like Celebrity Skin by Hole.

Album of the year for me 100%. Absolute masterpiece from start to finish and is so diverse 'Nothing' is absolutely a Song Of The Year contender for me. I had basically the same reaction as you when I first heard the chorus, absolutely beautiful to include such high notes in an otherwise very heavy song but it works so well

Hi so if you want to check another poppy project, it must be I Disagree(more) album or Eat ep :) they are heavy and well produced

I think female metal vocalists have an upper hand in genre switches like Poppy does. Plenty of guys have done it too, it’s nothing new. But it seems so easy for voices like Poppy.
