Hii, what you meant is the entrance before we parked the car? It is actually nearby to the entrance of an old route around 150m distance. You can find the big board written Bukit Broga @ Semenyih (with Arabic words) Majlis Perbandaran Kajang. Drive further and you will find kind of factory with a gate, you can park outside around there. Start hiking and you will find the starting point as shown in the video ✌🏼

Yes, according to Selangor Forestry Department. Not sure how strict is the enforcement though.
