This show is very touching, My Bosses where slave drivers and I gave my all for that company and now I am paying for it with a stuffed back which is in chronic pain day to day and stuffed knees, I know use a wheel chair when ever I go out of my house. They made a lot of money of me and I got very little in return, I hardly ever got a call back on 1 of my jobs and often had customers that asked for me by name when they wanted new carpet again. Thanks for listening

Not really have you seen how they praise themselves sitting around that table and like someone else said only one or 2 people in those companies really benefit. I bet there is 1000s of other employees that struggle just as much if not harder.
The CEO of Belfor seems like the one with the biggest heart, but all of them have big hearts

I am an emotional wreck, I cry at all these stories and lives of these people and the hardship most of them have gone through and was going through. I'm glad you guys made a difference in their lives. For all the negative comments asking the question what about the other employee. They can't help and save everyone but those whom they have helped will be it forward and it will go on and on. They can only change one life at a time. Persons in which they have helped can somehow signup for someone in the company that needs help, get help. A suggestion box can be made and every year an employee is helped from each location. My thoughts..

Was never sure how genuine this show was or if the employee's ones more about what was going on but just went along with it. This show didn't work no where near as well over here in England for many reasons but the disguises being a main one since it's not as common to see crazy looking people similar to how the bosses end up looking like and so stand out. Another main reason is tv shows of any kind turning up at work place or anywhere else is far from common.

There are two kinds of bosses. Those who gave the "bad emploee" a new chance, and those who justyfied firering them. Sure it's unexcepable some of the stuff that went on, but growing is about guidance.

I wish my CEO could see this after I worked for the company for 15 years and put my hole Hart into my job day by day do A/c and Refrigeration and installation in the hot Cayman islands, I didn't feel appreciated after training every single staffed member that entered the company after me , it was sad, I just resign two and half months ago, and moved to Nicaragua to live off Grid to also make up lost time with my family, I sacrificed so much , I realized when my kids would say just as I got home , Dad are you going to work , because I would leave home before they woke up in the morning and get home back late in the nights when they were sleeping, it Used to take a toll on them and play with my mind, and my wife would understand but the last straw was the boys were behaving badly and I know it was because I was never home, I was providing but the home was being broken, now we live off grid and I'm much happier , get to spend more time with God and my Family , I would never trade this to go back into that type of situation again.

Im single mother and my sallery is 150 euro in Serbia. Minimum wage is 300 e. Here CEO put cameras with microphon and tortur workers. It is scary because they watch and listen you 24/7
Every Company have workers who go far and beyond daily that do not get the recognition required. The Guys at the top do not care one cra@ about workers only the bottom line.

the boss because in movies they have to make these for a few hours every day so if they do, someone has to go with him to do the make up etc every day and if they sweat what then???
The first boss didn't have to do much beyond change his suit for a garbage collector's outfit - he just fit right in and nobody knew.
