    The song on 6:06 was what made me buy this keyboard.
    Bought it 3 months ago - could NOT be happier with the decision.

    Great video. Thanks for taking the time to make this! You didn't discuss the inputs and outputs too much. I have a few questions: 1. In another video I saw the S160 has an input for three pedals. Does the S360 have this as well? 2. Also, the S160 has available a teaching app. Does the S360 also have this? I took lessons a long time ago and would like to get back into it. I would consider myself an advanced beginner so things like a teaching app is of great use to me. 3. Does this come with a stand and bench? Thanks again for this vid! 👍

    Haven't really seen any CDP S360 comparisons, you should do more against other brands like Roland FP30X and Yamaha P125

    Dang! That was a great review, but maybe you could put up videos just of Ted playing - that was fantastic!

    In my country one is like 80% more expensive, so I will either go for the casio CDP-S160 or a slightly cheaper one, like cdp-90. There's a chance I will buy the yamaha p145 but I'm not sure.

    What the difference between CDP S150 and CDP S160?

    • @PantsaBear
      @PantsaBear 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      From what I've seen: the speakers are better, the usb port has extra bandwidth, and I believe 1 or 2 minor minor other changes I cant remember.
      Its extremely similar though, 160 is the only one that comes in red

    can CDP S360 control it volume individually when in split mode. For example playing bass in left hand, piano in right ?

    • @indrakt
      @indrakt 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I own CDP S350 and this is not possible.The volume control is combined for both sounds. The separate volume control for splitted sounds is possible e.g. with Casio Privia PX-3000 (now upgraded to PX-3100).
      Nevertheless, it is overall a good piano-keyboard, and seeing these reviews, I consider the upgrade to S360... Better sound, more polyphony, etc...

      @@semangatpemberani I just want to mention there is a workaround solution for controling individual volumes of layered/split sounds on Casio keyboards not having this possibility onboard (including CDP S350/S360). I found it on the Casio forum. See YT channel of Chandler Holloway for more information. I tried it and it works for me. It is not as confortable as volume control directly from keyboard, but it is better than nothing. Also, Chandler Holloway said he is working on the improvemet so the volume control would be more direct and confurtable.
      One user on Casio forum mentioned he was able to control volume directly from iMIDIPatchbay app on an iPad. I couldn't try this method as I don't have an iPad and there is no version of this app for Android.

      @@indrakt thank you, I appreciate it and i am interested in cdp s360/350 because it portability and for my first digital piano.

      @@semangatpemberani I think it is an ideal first digital piano, esp. when one likes to play with various acoustic/digital sounds and rhytmic accompaniments (I do). It has even some features not present in more advanced Privia PX-S3000, namely displaying chords played and possibility to upload new user rhytmic styles.

    I've had the CDP series before, wasn't impressed, I like the wk series a lot better, particularly the wk-110, the piano sample on that thing has yet to be matched by any CDP board, weighted keys don't mean squat if the piano samples are subpar
