man, ryan, even though you made this video a long time ago, i just can't help but say it's a fantastic one. I just bought keyflower (after looking at it for a year) so i'm thrilled you made a video about it. The structure in which you explain the rules is so fantastic in this video and really helps to understand a game. From really wide to narrow and specific rules. The humor is also so good, it's actually funny but always short and never overdone, which is the reason i like the channel so much. For example SUSD is obviously a great channel but i can't watch it because i find it way too theatrical. Just felt the need to write this, okay bye :D
I know I'm late, but I have to say, having watched multiple other videos on keyflower tutorials, your visual style, particularly the animations and edits to explain each step during stills, is by far the best out there - and it makes learning it so much easier, and enjoyable. And the humour is sprinkled in in just the right places! A new subscriber for sure - keep going, and I'm sure there will be so many more to follow! Edit: I have to add, the other videos had sort of put me off the game because it seemed too complicated and not fun - but you made the game easy to understand and perfectly explained why someone would find it fun, and I'm definitely buying!
Great explanation thanks, really helps how you slowly go through everything. Just played my first game on BGA and it was a pleasure to play, even though I didn't really know what I was doing! The mechanics are really enjoyable and it really clicked with me, the different colour meeple bidding is unique and brilliant! I think this will be a game my group enjoys too, so definately considering buying the game at some point.
As usual, your instructional videos are really helpful, and I finished the video mostly understanding the game! Gonna play it on BGA, and if I love it, I'll buy it because it's a meaty Euro that isn't a huge table hog! Hooray!
Re-watching this before I teach some friends tonight, and your throwing shade on "Rakesh" is hilarious to me, now, because that's the name of my sociolinguistics professor. Despite his bad life decisions, he seems to be doing pretty well! Guess he recovered from his dark Keyflower days.
Your how to play videos blow the others out of the water!! SO GOOD! Thank you!
Thanks David!

Best Boardgame Channel by far, I could see your videos aired as a TV series! SO much creativity in each production, bravo! Subscribed!
Ryan, your videos are immensly enjoyable and clear. Best tutorials out there.
Your videos are always an utter delight. I'm literally watching how to plays for games I don't own for the entertainment factor
Thank you - that's great to hear!

Great game, but the BGA implementation is very unforgiving with its lack of undo.

i kind of adore this game. Let me know how it goes!
Thanks a lot. Best explanation of the rules
Great timing on this one, Just got this for Xmas!
Beautiful! i do hope you like it. It's very, very easy to mess up a crucial rule while playing.
This is truly best in class - subscribed!
Thank you, Elbert! i won't let you down!
Brilliant call back at the end! Too clever to lol at, but my brain is laughing its ass off.

i am concerned for Rakesh. Please keep an eye on him.
Great job on this tutorial. Wonder if you can also do one on the expansions farmers and merchants.
Request received! Merchants is fairly simple... i might do a video that groups both expansions.
