Thank you for explaining how PPP works. It’s been confusing to me. This video really helped. Looking forward to the next video on using PPP when quilting in the hoop. I’m working on some placemats that I can use it on.
This is a very good question. We use many different things sadly we haven't come across the best making pen yet. I am sure it's out there because there are so many. usually I use the friction pen, my mom uses and swears by the "Ultimate Marking Pencile" which does go away beautifully but its white so only good for dark fabrics. Different forms of chalk by Bohin chalk pencils work nicely too they come in different colors but chalk usually has to be washed out some how. One I don't like using are water away making pens because usually they become permeant if hit with the iron and we are always ironing our stuff. So we do stay away from the ones that are wash-away. :)
Cody! 1 year later, and this video popped up on my radar! Just what I needed :) Thank you for being such a great content creator!

Fabulously detailed info as always Cody, thank you. Can’t wait to see the quilting in the hoop as well. Love my 590 ❤️
Thank you, Cody, for another great tutorial.
Yea! This is my machine and I love her.
Thanks so much for this!
Great explanation! Thank you.
What’s a good product to use to mark cross hairs that will come off? I used a pencil on my first try and it didn’t come off. 😢
