I didn't know this model existed until today--! Have been thinking about finding a 5mm machine for a bit now, and I think this may be a perfect fit! I really wish I could give you my business; you've helped me so much and I really appreciate all of your videos and information.

Dank voor je duidelijke uit leg, ik heb sinds 2 maanden de 735 ingeruild op de 710.

    Hi
I have a Bernina 720 which I bought specifically for the 5.5 stich width as I only sew garments and I am super happy with it . I now developed a problem with my eyes and I would like to ask if it would be possible to dim the lights pls ?
Due to my problem I find the lights r now too bright and reflect on the stainless steel arm . I tried looking in my manual but did not find anything.
Appreciate ur help and thank you for yr brilliant videos , always teaching great stuff on our Bernina machines.

So happy you are loving your BERNINA that is what I always like to hear. So you can dim your lights 1st go to the gears (settings) 2nd click the little sewing machine 3rd click the light bulb. When you are on this screen you will have to option to dim the screen brightness, turn the lights on or off and changed the brightness of the lights. Hope this helps. :)

Thank you for this video. So the 735 doesn’t have the built in walking foot?

I bought this machine in October. It sounds like a freight train clanking along. I have changed needles, cleaned it, oiled it, and it seems to sound good for maybe 10/15 minutes of sewing and then it starts sounding HORRIBLE again. I have called the dealer where I purchased it, taken it in to a technician, and they say there isn’t anything wrong. When you pay THOUSANDS for a sewing machine you expect it to purr like a kitten when sewing, my machine roars like a lion!🤣😩 Any suggestions?

Rita I got mine in November…..mine does just what yours does….I too thought it would be quieter than my 750..so was quite surprised.

@@jmacwain242 I am sooooo unhappy with my purchase. Like you said, when our other machines don’t sound like a bucket of bolts, it is frustrating to think that Bernina would make a machine that doesn’t sound smooth and pristine like their others! And they say nothing is wrong but I am oiling that sucker ever 15 minutes! I JUST HATE IT!

Else Adams, how come no one ever includes a 750 Model in your great information?

The 750 has been discontinued for many years and I don’t have one to show and the UI is quite different from any current model.
