- I managed my tank decently i think, except for overreping when they were in reload...but my target management is bad, i didn't noticed some ships sitting with 0 speed that i could have volley, and other small ships around that are easy targets like manticore.
I was also distracted because my friends were fighting in our wh chain, so i was telling people to reship / come to fight the caracal fleet.
It was fun anyways, not too many kills but is nice to fight a 20+fleet with a single marauder.

Do you think they did a good job of flying against you, or if they had done better, they could have got you?
hmm i think they got the chance to kill me in their first clip of missiles, if everyone heat their rlml they could probably break me before i started repping. After that i was tanking fine

They are landing in close range with a heavier, tankier ship, while they can engage from more than 20km. And their logi pilots are also in close range instead of being 50km away.

i forgot to put multifreq in my paladin xD there' s a moment in the video where i'm tryng to switch to multifreq but then noticed that i don't have them. I could have done more with multifreq for sure, i was not tracking well to things that were close.
I usually use: conflag, multifreq, standard, scorch and radio in my pulse paladin.
I COULDNT EVEN FIGURE OUT WHATS GOING ON DID THE PALADIN SURVIVE AND THEY ALL WARPED OFF OR DID YOU DIE

Sad for me as a mainly Caldari player, but its nice to see that there is hope vs gangs.
Why I never really got into Eve Online; the hopelessness of campers/gangs, and not getting away. Normal PvP MMOs, you can run, or use terrain to outsmart, but in Eve no can do.
What do you mean? there are gate / wh tactics, baiting involved. There's always mind games, you just have to plan ahead.
If you are wandering mindlessly solo with your marauder, sure you get ganked and killed...
@@alinn.4341 I have played many MMOs and similar games. In those games there are option to get away from groups, like using terrain etc. This is not possible in Eve, and its impossible to fit a ship to counter most situations. The chances to get away from gate campers in the game is very small for most ships/fits, leading to hopelessness and frustration. Can fit to counter one thing, but then they use another thing, and you are still dead etc etc etc. Problem is the game is almost always rewarding the campers.
@@jarnhand266 then you havent explored eve enough , there are many pvp tehniques . Main 2 being nano ships and brawling . Big difference
