This clip is very conservative with the level of movement there is, and from what angles it lets you look. Presumably because doing so would break a lot of the illusion. There really is a difference between environments that can look really realistic while being freely explorable - and environments that can look very realistic, but only really provided that you choreograph where you can go and what you look at beforehand, in order not to break the illusion.
interesting thing i noticed I am suprised by the flickering shadow real obvious at the 0:12 mark at right side the brown patch of dirt and again at 0:17 same spot. I wonder what causes that.
@@hoangpham2991 superb work dude! foliage colors are amazing, loved the mood too! For this flicker you can try " r.RayTracing.NormalBias 0 " and " r.Lumen.ScreenProbeGather.Temporal.DistanceThreshold 150 ". Also make sure Distance field shadows are on for the directional Light. Hope it helps! Congrats
@@hoangpham2991 oh I wanted to ask, is 3070 enough, it's 8gb I suppose. I was wondering if I would need 3090 or 4090 with 24gb of vram for today and future work with UE5. Maybe you could give your opinion?
@@woodoyoy I think card 3070 works well with interior or exterior projects of small and medium scale, 3090 or higher will be better for large projects. I recommend using card 3090 or higher
@@woodoyoy It's better to get the best thing you can afford when working in the 3D digital art industry. Future proofing your rig is very important and will save you money and headaches in the long run. My 1080ti can still run UE5 smoothly, but definitely not at peak performance. It is a 5-6 year old card after all, top-tier at the time.
Absolutely incredible. If you can also add wind effect on all foliage, the realism would be insane.
Thank for your comment 😊
Holy shit, that grass looks sick!
One of the better scenes I've come across on TH-cam. The lighting is very pleasing, Lumen works wonders. Great work.
Thank you!
Nice realistic grass

In my mind any video with 'holy shit that's realistic!' environments that isn't freely explorable is more or less fake news.
Actually, this is just a small corner in front of the house that I did. You can watch full project here 🙂

looks good.
wow, nice work
tis is real` but its UNREAL :_:
you can make a tutorial please?, this work is great
Quixel Megascans?
ông làm all một mình à nhìn trông thật vcđ
nice .. looks pretty real.
That looks incredible how many fps does that run at in realtime
Thank you! It's just a small corner in front of my project and I have about 40fps run at in real-time.
@@hoangpham2991 what gpu are you using if you don't mind me asking

Pretty awesome! Where did you find the background noise?
Thank you! I took the sound here

@@hoangpham2991 Thank you so much :)
great work!!!!!!!!
because of the blur it looks super real.. or maybe it is because of the footage lol.
Nice results! Good lighting and details.
May I ask what kind of trees and plants do you use? Are these some assets from the market or your own assets?
Thank you! The big tree is in the speedtree library, the name of the tree is brazilian peppertree. I used speedtree software to create grass
@@hoangpham2991 Thanks a lot!
Your video and example is another incentive to still learn how to create grass and trees in Speedtree!))
hello, can you please tell me where did you get that grass from? thank you so much!
I made grass by myself using speed tree software, grass textures from megascan
Amazing work! Gotta know, was this real time or pre-rendered?
Thank you! This is realtime
@@hoangpham2991 Insanity! You are a legend!😲
Can you show how you make grass?
I used speedtree software to create grass
Did you make all this in UE5 ? or any other 3D software combined ?
Yes. I use speedtree software to create trees and grass and use premiere software to add sound
@@hoangpham2991 awesome, some speed design tutorials would be lovely 😊

lol ..I didn't realize it. I don't know why, maybe the error is to indirect light from sunlight

could be LOD from Megascans asset too, so " r.RayTracing.Geometry.InstancedStaticMeshes.Culling 0" might do the trick, and force LOD 0 in this asset
the footsteps are WAY too loud.
what pc specs do you have ?, looks great btw
