      The most painful part of the workout is the up and down plank and then a 30 plank.. that always KILLS me

    i do her workouts everyday she’s pretty straightforward and in detail with her workouts and they’re not hard to do either nor do they require major equipment :)

      You should try some other workouts by "smaller" TH-camrs, sometimes I think there are better workouts than Chloe Tings :)

      you’re right. i also do naomi kong’s ab workouts. she’s also straightforward and the exercises are very simple and she gives an ample amount of rest time between each exercise and they require very minimum to no equipment

    Hey y'all! So, in this video, I tried Chloe Ting's ab workouts to get flat abs in just 2 weeks. It wasn't easy at first, especially because I've been stuck at home and not very active lately. I was kinda bloated and feeling out of shape, you know? The workouts were tough, and the first four days were really challenging. I had to take breaks during exercises, but I kept pushing through.
    I also made some changes in my diet, cutting down on unnecessary calories. Instead of having a big breakfast, I opted for a simple smoothie in the morning. I shared more about my meals in the video. Around the 5th day, things started getting better. My body got used to the intensity, and I began to enjoy the workouts. I even looked forward to exercising every morning, which was unusual for me.
    I faced a couple of issues, like getting blisters on my feet because I wasn't wearing proper shoes. I'd recommend investing in some good workout shoes. I also had some hip pain, but a tiger balm patch and a day of rest helped.
    Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding experience. I feel stronger and more comfortable now. If you're struggling like I did in the beginning, just know it gets better. Thanks for watching, and I hope this motivates you!

      Consistency is key! You have to push yourself that’s the only way you’re going to get through it. It’s all about your mind. You can keep going as long as you tell yourself that you can. Your body tricks you into thinking your tired but it’s all about the mentality !

      I agree, consistency is key! That's the hardest part in my opinion. I also think taking pictures of your progress every few days (or even a before and after) will help as well or even working out with someone so you can hold both of yourselves accountable for each other. Physically the human body can withstand a lot of stress and activity, but it really is all in your mind. You got this :)

    I was way too out of shape to even finish Chloe tings video so I’m taking a week to build up some core strength so it becomes a little easier to do her workouts. I didn’t want to start her videos doing the exercises incomplete and not getting the most of of them or risk hurting myself. You gave me so much motivation and hope though because my stomach looks exactly like yours before. Thank you so much bro

    a tip for everyone, getting abs in two weeks is pretty hard and not possible for everyone! Please keep that in mind and don‘t feel bad if that doesn‘t workout! It didn‘t work for me the first time, so I did this again this time, but different:
    - i did her 28 Days Ab Challenge before doing the two week challenge
    - two week ab challenge
    doing her 28 days ab challenge before hand made me see results (i‘m still doing the 2 week challenge so i‘m sooo curious to see if it worked out) ☺️

      You shouldnt just do ab exercises as well, you need to do your whole body. Most people dont see real results after that much time, rather they cut back on their food, most likely highly processed food, so the result in most cases are just loss of water weight. If you stop this doing exercises you will lose the result pretty quickly.

    PSA FOR WORKOUT NEWBIES AND ANYONE WHO DOESN’T KNOW A LOT ABOUT FITNESS!! chloe tings workouts are amazing but for everyone who hasn‘t really worked out before or knows little about it please PLEASE make sure you use the correct form and stay safe when working out! as was mentioned before in the comments you also need to workout especially your lower back so you don‘t get injured (believe me it‘s happened to me)
    when doing any ab exercise but ESPECIALLY LEG RAISES and things where you do this kind of motion with your back on the mat, your back should not come off the mat AT ALL - not even the hollow of your back!! please put your hands under your butt or tailbone and press your back onto the mat, sucking in your belly button (if you are now not able to lower your legs all the way that‘s totally okay! you‘ll get there once your abs strengthen)
    all in all it is worth it to skip through the exercises beforehand and practice doing the form exactly as chloe does it and remember you do not need to do it as fast as her if that means you keep your form (doing it slower is sometimes more effective even)
    stay safe and healthy guys!!
    (ps: im not a personal trainer or anything but i‘ve been into fitness for over 6 years and have dealt with many different injuries due to sheer dumbness so im just trying to help lmao)
    edit bc apparently many ppl are seeing this comment: i believe that chloe also made some videos on correct form esp. when doing ab workouts, so it might be helpful for you to check those out - they will most likely also help you get better results; and if you're ever unsure about how to do a certain exercise just look it up via google, there's likely a more detailed explanation for most exercises :)

    i was SHOOK when i saw the difference. I think i'm finally going to commit and just start working out and eating better. I've already started eating less/healthier lately now that I'm back to work and now all i have to do is actually suck it up and exercise.

    Ok so I don’t know if anybody is going to see this comment but my best friend is a personal trainer and she always reminds me of the importance to strengthen your back as well! If you only do ab workouts then you will strain your back in the long run. I hope this helped at least some of you out there who want to get fit and healthy! xx 🥰

      AIRA JANE just google back exercises :) but for lower/middle back aka tp strengthen the opposite of your core you could do supermans, deadlifts and good mornings (just google the right way to do them) - also form when doing any workout is super important, when doing abs especially things like planks or leg raises your back needs to be straight! for leg raises etc. do not let your back hollow and get off the ground, if that means your legs don‘t gö down as far that‘s okay :) hope this is helpful i‘ve been going to the gym for 5 years and this is mostly stuff i‘ve had to learn thse hard way hahah

      Ab exercises also help strengthen the back, you need a strong core for a strong back 😊 Not saying your friend is wrong of course; I broke my back almost 3 years ago and all my physiotherapy was ab exercises to strengthen my back 😊

    Who else is extremely bad on workouts because of balance?

    Also what bothers me the most is when I am doing like abs and legs workout which I was supposed to feel burning in my legs and stomach but the only thing that burns and hurts is my back, i am really bad at posture, controlling my strength (using only the down or upper body strenght) and controlling my breath :( also hate planks

      Shreejata Das stretching your wrists beforehand will really help, try stretching them by having your fingers face you with your palms up, it really helps me.

      김가은 a good thing to try is when laying on your back doing abs is almost hunching. Squeezing your butt and try to be as flat as possible, squeezing your butt and engaging your core in planks will also help your back.

      You can try do the plank stuff a little lifted, like with your arms on your bed. My trainer told me to do it because of my back pain and I still got great results! With time you get string enough to do it on the ground with a good posture.

    I’m jogging every morning at 5:30am and I don’t feel like getting up most days. Just doing it anyway is the only way to get through it💞

      Good job but make sure you are in a safe area when jogging that early bc my mom and I were talking about how girls get kidnapped when they go jogging really early or late. Omg I sound like an ELA teacher. Hehe

      @@skylarnguyen1071 I wasnt even jogging just looking around dollar tree and this man in a red shirt followed me throughout the store thinking I was alone. He stopped the second he saw my dad and mom. I know he was following me because I was looking at cards to pass the time. He came too close so I moved to the right. He went to the right too. I went to the left and he followed. Then I walked around the store with my parents and every aisle he seemed to be looking for me. When hed see me hed pretend to look for things. Scary shit yall be safe. If you go jogging bring pepper spray, a tazer, or even a sharp pocket knife. If you think you're too ugly to get kidnapped you're wrong because 1. You aren't ugly and 2. You can still get kidnapped. This is probably too long but be safe guys!

      Imogen Tear I usually do whatever I feel like doing that day. When I don’t feel like doing anything special I just do zoenotzoey s 11 abs workout twice. On other days I do chloe tings ab workout or other 10-20 min workouts I can find on TH-cam. It’s just whatever strikes my mood. I feel like doing one workout gets boring pretty quickly and that’s when my motivation drops so I try to mix it up every like 5-7 days.

    i did chloe's 2 week ab challenge and can i just say that there is no one-size-fits-all in terms of results!! i didn't *see* a noticeable difference, but i could definitely feel my abs more if that make sense? and by the end of it, my core strength was wayyy better, which was so encouraging. tip for beginners (and it's already been mentioned a bit) : focus on your form more than how many reps you do etc. when gyms were still open (lol) i totally messed up my lower back and had to go to a chiropractor multiple times due to improper technique in the exercises i was doing. so it's SUPER important that you focus on your breathing and form as you do these exercises - once you've got those two things down, you can work on how many reps/how fast you go later. i'd always recommend stretching (particularly your lower back) before AND after workouts too!! if you do feel a bit of pain, that'll help to correct it in the short term :)

    I always find myself here everything I want to do Chloe Ting work outs but I've never been persistent on finishing a work out programme and I've always regretted that ...at times am looking in the mirror n I start to think if I had continued with the work outs I wouldn't be this embarrassedabout my body....But it's 2023 IVE DECIDED that I'll go through everyday this year expecting no regrets wish me luck n I wish you all luck🤗😘 I'll be here everyday to write my progress .thanks for the motivation Yoora

    I love how you still eat well. Many people think going on a strict diet is what’s gonna help , but honestly eating moderate portions and YES you CAN eat carbs , mainly because that fuels your body (healthy carbs tho aka slow carbs) and high protein will help build muscle and speed your metabolism up! Great work !

    For those who think they can't diet or workout or loves to eat lemme tell you a thing, the day I started my diet and workout my mom just like other moms started cooking delicious foods(she didn't intentionally...She also apologised) But I controlled myself and where my other family members were eating delicious food, I was eating plain salad and I could do this bcz I knew that the more delicious the food is the more unhealthy It is...And yes it was tough for me to workout first few days but thn I started enjoying it...Now I feel so happy and My body feels so light I can easily do a work or move.....And remember if you want to lose weight do it only if its for you not for anyone else 🙂🙂💜 Fighting

      I've done the challenge almost twice now (Im on day 11 of the second round). I have never worn any shoes or socks during the workouts and didn't get any blisters at all. I guess my slavic feet are pretty hard. 😂

    I like that it conveys that it is not necessary to follow strictly every day, if something hurts, don't do it, you can leave it for the next day. What matters is consistency, you will achieve great results with it.
