I think it would cool to see some of the .50" or less at 100 yard loadings, extended on out to 200yds and maybe more! Just to compare the two yardage, to see how much those groups open up as you go further out. Just an idea!! Love the channel!!! WHOTEEWHO!!!
It’s interesting how different people get different results with various products. I have always had excellent luck with Nosler bullets in my hunting rifles.
Good to see the great accuracy results. I like my RAR in .300 BLK and took a doe with it last week with a supersonic load. The .300 Blackout caliber is good for the short range shots most hunters take deer. The recoil and muzzle blast is low.
I am going to have to look into getting one of these gen 2s in 300 blk for deer hunting in Illinois. If you use a zero capacity mag it would be legal since we have to use single shot rifles. Unfortunately, nobody can have a susher here in Illinois except feds or a few very limited law enforcement teams.
I like your videos and i have learned a-lot from you man your a great shot one uv the best i know uv ,, love your videos look forward to a whole lot more 😊 thanks , I’m from bowser BC
I never can understand and hopefully you can explain it to me why the fourth, fifth, or even the eighth shot down range makes any difference? It’s a hunting rifle so if you are getting sub, MOA, it’s good enough! As a matter fact, I consider that great. We strive for our first round to be the killshot, one shot one kill. Yes, we may need a second shot, sometimes even a third like moose out cause they can absorb a lot of bullets. Again, you put three shots in there and that accurate that’s good enough for a hunting rifle
Because it is a ranch rifle. 1st shot is still most important, but ranch rifles tend to get shot more than stand alone hunting rifles. Ranch rifles tend to be brought to prarie dog hunts or hog hunts or even just for impromptu plinking sessions where you are going to be shooting a lot more than when you are just chilling in your blind to shoot your yearly deer.
Looks like Ruger has a winner in the Gen 2 rifle! I just wished my Savage Ultralight shot nearly as well and just think I could have bought two Ruger Gen 2’s and ammo for both with what I paid for the Savage! Well to say the least the Savage is going back to the factory as there are other issues with it besides the accuracy! If anyone else out here has had trouble with their ultralight in 6.5PRC Let me know please.
I would like to see you use this Ruger American gen 2 in 300 blackout to take a deer. I am taking mine out tomorrow for the start of deer season here in Illinois.
Bit cold there mate? 38 deg C here atm, this rifle looks good to me, shoots well enough with factory ammo, 96gn liberty stuff was impressive, might be a good predator load eh.
My buddy and I have debates about 3 or 5 shot groups or more my stance is for hunting rifles 3 shots is more than sufficient most times hunting you’re not even taking 3 shots in rapid succession so 3 shot tests are enough to understand you’re rifle’s accuracy for our long range rifles I say you should do 5 or more when you start shooting the gun once you’ve found that rifle’s accuracy standard drop to three shots you know what it will do with extended strings of fire take those extra shots and shoot different ranges for your data That being said just for interests sake it would be cool if you took the load that shot the best and then did a 5 shot group push its limits a little
When you get a new rifle, do you follow a "break in procedure" or do you just get it out of the box and shoot? Do you feel either affects accuracy? Genuinely curious.
I’m loving these American Ranch videos - since I have one I haven’t shot yet! Did get the scope mounted this weekend though! I just subscribed to the newsletter and followed you on Facebook and instagram
That Nosler ammo is bs charging top dollar for ammo thats not that accurate. I've tried it in 2 different calibers and couldn't get sub moa out of either one.
5 degrees? I live in Maine, and I call Bs. I want to see a thermometer. I can't even see your breath. At 5 degrees I'd be wearing gloves. Sounds like you live in the south.
Supers work way better than anyone may think. The best bullet weights are 110 thru 135 grains. I stay away from the 150's. My son used a 124 gr OTM bullet and killed 2 hogs with one shot. Distance was 45 yards.

Great idea if you have the range length to see if the group size carries respectively out to 200. Take it to a thousand yards too? ;)
Always good to see proper channels show the true versatility of the 300 Blackout.. WHO_TEE_WHO!
Appreciate you watching!
Picked up the RA Ranch II in 5.56, handy, light, very compact for a Bolt gun and bolt is buttery smooth
Took a doe yesterday with Winchester deer season xp at 100 yards was very impressed… actually stacking groups same hole out of an ar platform
Which one ?
@@charlesmorgan1879 sorry with 300 blk out
I thought my Gen 1 300 blackout shot good. I'm going to have to pick up a Gen 2 now. Appreciate all you do, brother.
I love watching your videos, especially the new rifle grouping tests !
Excited to check out the SuperSonic 300 Blackout test with the Ruger American Ranch Gen 2!
I hope you never change your intro, I always love hearing that this is about to be a really fun video!! Because it always is!!
Appreciate you watching!
300 blackout got me into reloading. Great caliber.
You got some very good groups out of the rifle. Thanks for sharing 👍🇺🇸
It’s interesting how different people get different results with various products. I have always had excellent luck with Nosler bullets in my hunting rifles.
Very much appreciate the video!
My Gen 1 is still unfired, but looking forward to trying it out soon.
Missed the premier, but caught the replay. Good info and that thing will shoot. Thanks!
Hey cervus!
Impressive…Think I’m going to need one of those!
Great video. I just got this rifle. I can't wait to see how she does.
I really like the liberty, but I'm not paying over $2 a round.
Good video as usual brotha 👍

That Liberty group!! Wow. I'm on the lookout for this same rifle up here in BC, Canada. Hoping to find some ammo appropriate for mule deer and lower.
These are always good videos. Great real world testing.
Thanks for watching!
Absolutely outstanding!
That's a awesome rifle and round I can't wait to finish watching the video
I'm shooting almost that size groups out of my 16" barrel AR-15 set-up! Great video 💯👍
Nice ! I looked at a couple websites 1hundo-120 difference in price and not in stock at another for gen ll. Thanks for info

Awesome groups! I would have loved to see one of the bullets next to each of the corresponding groups. That would be pretty neat to see.
I do like this set up.
Some fine looking groups WTW!! that 110 gr 300BO groups really good!! That's all I shoot out of my 300 bo....
Those Liberty bullets were very impressive. Looks like another good option for catching deer 🦌

Thanks for the video, as always... say hey to Heavy Metal.

Excellent.

Tack driven rig!! The gun is only as good as the shooter! You know how to shoot, WTW!
Nice one whootee keep up the good work 👍🏻
Thanks for watching!
Another fun video! 🥶✌️✌️✌️
300 BLK is definitely a fun caliber!!
Thanks for the video. Nice groups.
Hey dragonrider
Never got to play with 300 B O . Some nice gurping.
The liberty group was amazing.
Illinois allows 300 Blackout for deer. Plenty accurate. I’d keep the shot within 100 yards to for decent energy.
I’ve had good luck with Hornady Sub-X
I would like to see you use this Ruger American gen 2 in 300 blackout to take a deer. I am taking mine out tomorrow for the start of deer season here in Illinois.
Isn’t this snow wild? Great video!
Very good groups for a 300BLK 👍

Shoots great 👍 👌

thats real good for a gun that was designed to shoot heavy bullets did you say the twist on that blackout ?
I did not. Not sure
When you get a new rifle, do you follow a "break in procedure" or do you just get it out of the box and shoot? Do you feel either affects accuracy? Genuinely curious.
I never break in anything

Thanks! Let me know how yours does
Dude, I agree. HSM totally sucks!!!
👍👍😆
Can you try out a Mauser M18 in .270? The thing is a tack driver
Does the can effect the group size.
Looking for a subsonic out of the Gen 2 please!
Why is the forend touching the barrel bad ? I know you answer thank you
Pretty sure it isn't touching
WTW I have applied for the newsletter many times. It still doesn't work.
Would like to see some 125 gainers 😊
Quick question, which would u pick browning x bolt, or ruger hawkeye
Never had a browning
Me neither but gotta pick I can't decide
Great groups for an “inherently inaccurate” cartridge.
❤❤❤❤
shooting 300 blk with only subsonics is like testing Corvette only on fuel consumption
The Ruger American is so good, the deer will surrender if they see you with one.
Can we get some subsonic round videos?
That was literally last night's video 👍👍
@@WHOTEEWHO awesome can’t wait to see it
What brand torque wrench do you use to torque your scope rings?
Wheeler
Have you taken a deer with 300 blackout?
Not yet
I’ve never had noslers to shoot good out of any of my firearms.
That Nosler ammo is bs charging top dollar for ammo thats not that accurate. I've tried it in 2 different calibers and couldn't get sub moa out of either one.
Looks like it snowed in Tennessee...😂
Anybody out there ?

I heard about the 300 ham'r and decided to build one for supers and use my 300 blackout for subs. Any experience with the 300 ham'r?
Nope

Not a black out fan , to slow
Too slow for what?
@@K-bob_45too slow for Ricky Bobby

Indeed
Can’t wait!
