The amenities look great but from what I've seen firsthand and from thousands of YT videos just about every condo apartment in Bangkok looks the same. It would be nice to see if there are condos there with a unique setup. Great video.
I’ve seen a few videos with condos with cool apartments but simple amenities. It may be one of those, choose one that matters most? 😂😂

We did find it before we moved over. We loved our agent too. He was great. We used fazwaz and also hipflat. An agent will reach out to you and then the messages will mainly take place on WhatsApp or Line

There’s a big mall next door with lots of cafes to work, yes. It’s also close to the big weekend night market

What an amazing place! What is the minimum rental term? Could you rent just for say 3 months?
Most rental terms in condo’s like this are one year. BUT there are many people who have apartments on theses buildings and rent it out for shorter on Airbnb.

it's nice. But did you really book it before you got there? I plan on moving (try it at least) but I plan on booking hotels for the first period and look for condo while I'm there. But you had luck getting a nice place.
We actually did! We went from the airport straight to moving in. Our agent was incredible and did video calls on apartments for us.
Most people stay in a Airbnb and look when they get here which is also a smart option in my opinion 😊
When someone focuses your attention on the facilities and not the condo itself…….. it means the condo is small.

As long as you’d like, no set limit on it 😊
Some residents may complain if it’s all the time though lol

Couldn’t agree more! The best part is you can actually negotiate rent, which means this could have been cheaper had we known coming into it.
They have forgotten to say what name this condominium has.
