Project Trippin’ Great colab lads 🙏🏻
Nice video Rob about the condo and Pra Khanong, I stayed in that eara last year in November between Ekamai and Phra Khanong for one month ,love it there. Condo looks very nice for the price. Lots of street food there also in the area.
Cool video Rob👍 keep them coming mate
Another great vid Rob. Know this area well a love the local vibe.
Great video. Thanks for commenting on the quality of the gym equipment. It might seem trivial to some but to me it's a major differentiator in choosing a place to live.
First !!! Haha 😂
What a great area and nice room. Your friend seems pretty cool . Wow good location and a lot of food areas . Thanks Rob for sharing with us this area .
Nice one mate. New condo tour 😎 see you guys real soon… peace ✌️
Great video!
Thanks for the review. What utility expenses are included?
Nice one boys. I haven’t checked out that area yet, but looks pretty cool. Sweet condo fo sho. Low occupancy is one of the most important things in my book
Nice area my Thai gf lived here for 5 years, but her "condo" as only 5000 THB. 😉
Don't miss Sago Three ... a great Southern Thai food resto on Soi 71/Pridi 8. 😋
Cheers! Looking forward to the ekemai video
Thank you AB! I appreciate you keeping the lights on here at the PB HQ! Hoping to do a live tonight if you're able to join and say hello that would be great. 5pm BKK Thai 🤙🏻 Thanks again I appreciate it! 🙏
Fun video! You guys have no idea what chaotic traffic looks like unless you’ve driven In Cambodia ! Thailand traffics is smooth and organized..
At the 5:11, is when you can see the apartment.
cool place :D
I used to live at life 48, across the road from W. The road is definitely a concern.
Is it easy to find a pet friendly condo i have a bully Pitt
Nice vidoe rob...nice unit... coming there on 8th March...I would love to meet u...if possible let's meet up...love from india...chirag
Good area for sure , but not quite for me 😊
It's not for me either to be fair. Each to there own though ah haha
Still no effort to make the crosswalks safe. What's the purpose of them? Bangkok has a fabulous skyline and ever-expanding BTS/MRT, but is way behind in some fundamental ways.
I pay 2k for 300m. Older condo, with nicer pool, better gym, tennis court, basket ball / futsal court. Right by Phrom Phong BTS. Easy
@ProjectBangkok maybe . The new condos get all the coverage, but in bkk the older condos are where the amazing value is. Huge units, 3-4 balconies..
@GSThai I struggle to get access to most condos in general let alone condos that are usually for the local Thais. It's near impossible sometimes for me to get in. That's why I'm open to people sharing there place if they are comfortable. I wish it was as straight forward as me picking them out. It's almost a get what your given situation at the moment I'm afraid. Would love to check out your place if your game though 😁
Interesting. But why do Bangkok youtubers always concentrate on cheap small dog cage size 25-35 square meters apartments or super expensive apartments for millionaires ??? There is a real opportunity here for some TH-camr, maybe you, to cater to the great number of middle/upper middle class viewers interested in quality decent size lodging.
Expensive, I had a Condo far better for 17000THB per month, 6 month contract
$60 too much
You music selection unfortunately giving me a headache bro. Decided unsubscribe 😮
Oh thank god for that! I could hear you whining a mile away. Take care Karennnnn
The two of you barely fit in standing next to each other....you can almost touch both walls ... it's a shoebox... not exactly luxury...
Thanks for coming man! Juuuust enough time to hide my massive, giant...
Coffee mugs.
Haha those mugs were HUGE! 😂
Definitely not being mugged off with that rent. Outstanding value for money. Great video and thanks for the breakdown
@@ProjectBangkokSo do either of you guys speak the Thai language? I heard someone say that if you live in Bangkok, especially away from the Tourist Areas, that speaking the language becomes more necessary.
