What if that mineshaft was abandoned because of the miners who made it found the ancient city and were attacked by the warden, would make for a pretty cool Minecraft horror story
One day 6 miners were searching for gold in the old Messa Mines, one of the miners found some gold and dug it up causing the cave to collapse revealing an ancient city. The miners of course were curious as something like this has never been seen before so they grabbed some rope and climbed down. They checked every nook and cranny knocking over props and loudly opening chests when they hear a noise. They see a creature with souls trapped in its chest and no face. One of the miners took a step closer to it and was grabbed by the warden and torn in half. The miners ran and screamed towards the mines which ended up being a mistake. The warden took them out one by one until one miner was left. The last miner looked for anything to stop the warden when he spots a tnt mine-cart. He took the mine cart and headed to the exit but the warden heard the wheels and began chase. When the miner was about to escape the warden screeched so loudly it flipped over the minecart and knocked the miner outside. Holding torch in hand the miner tossed it at the tnt lighting it and blowing up the entrance to the mines trapping the warden living to tell the tale

If it was in bedrock it would be inside each other and it would be glitched
probably not, a lot a seeds end up being different in java and bedrock, especially when it comes to structures
