Nice to see the videos back. I’m a tyre fitter in been struggling on this week. Locking nuts snapped seized bolts. The struggle never ends lol. Some people love to over tighten bolts then making a struggle to get them later. Hope all is good with you. Enjoy Ryan
Cheers Ryan! Them locking nuts are a arse mate, that’s when you can even find the key for them 😆 enjoy the struggle mate as you said it never ends 🤦♂️👍
Best thing for siezed calliper slides, is to drill a hole in the other end and punch the slide out, then run a file down the hole and replace the slide. I cover the the hole with silicone to stop the dirt getting in. Also the ford ranger egr coolers aren't the easiest to change. They do come out with the gearbox in place, but they take 6 + hrs with it on a ramp
Oh Chris it was so funny when you were talking about the spring clamps. It happened to me putting a spring on ma nephew's corsa on the drive and his pregnant misses came out with a cuppa for me just as the spring clamp shot of and nearly took her head off it hit the wall just missing her. I can slightly laugh about it now but at that time I was in shock the force of the spring is crazy 🤪 👍👍 keep up the struggle Chris 👍 👍
Them aviation extra long spanners are amazing. Being similar weight to you piss wet through I use them all day everyday, cos theyre straight and not offset like a normal one they don't fly off as quick when you hit it with a hammer and dead easy to fit a bar over the end. Favourite tool i own by far.
I think you're missing your best mate Archie 😉 👍. God bless the Queen, Long live the King, though personally I think Charles will pass it on to William in 5 years or so. Charles has had the longest apprenticeship I've ever heard of 🤔. Great work and video Chris, thanks for sharing. Regards John from the Black Country UK 🇬🇧

You could weld a 19mm nut on the brake wind back tool then weld a cheap 19mm 3/8 socket on it to drive it get rid of than small bent rod I did it work well ands more comfortable the socket should just go through the plate
No struggle for me for two weeks now as I’m officially on holiday, apart from I’ve just noticed the back exhaust silencer about ready to snap off on my bloody car 🥺. I grudgingly work on my own car but try and avoid other peoples, although my Mrs has a habit of volunteering me to look at all sorts 🤦♂️
