I asked Razer a few times about the Synapse RGB settings, they simply said they have no plans to change it. A shame really, I despise their bloated mess of software. I shouldn't need 10 background processes running to keep lighting and battery status.
DeathAdder V2 Pro is phenomenal. It's so much of a great mouse (I got it yesterday). As you said though, yeah a Mamba V2 wireless would be great. The shape of the Mamba is great, but sadly the current problem of the Mamba Wireless is the sensor (their old one), and the switches (old mechanical switches). A Mamba V2 with the optical switches and the Focus+ sensor would be such a great thing.
As of right now i am using a mamba elite, been running strong for 2 years after buying it for 25 used. Nice review, i also like the more middle of the road design of the mamba. My only issue with it now is the fact it has a cable, and that is more of an annoyance than anything. Nice review, keep em comin
The Deathadder was my first "gaming" mouse, and I really liked it ( at that time)! I still have it although broken, but trying it back I can't really come to the palm grip. Great review nonetheless!

Same here bro. Came in perfect condition with sticker and everything. Saved a lot of cash. They have third party $20 charging stands on there too. No synapse rgb but you get 2 USB ports.

funny how all these years, razer finally made the iconic deathadder wireless. also yeah the mouse doesn't save your rgb is pretty annoying. I main the viper mini and it's always a pain to see my color not being a solid red everytime I boot my pc like my keyboard does and sometimes synapse doesn't open and I have to deal with that color cycle which I'm not a fan of at all. that's just me though, great review as always 😀

You should check out how Twistzz on Liquid's CS team holds his mice, he got that grip from having to claw grip a DA 2012/13 because his then org forced them to use Razer

well i just got this one in the mail. after my Deathadder V2 wired stoped working after a year and a month of use. Cable started to break. Yeah their speed flex cable is garbage. Never had a problem with the Chroma version of the deathadder with the cable. literally worked for 5+ years straight till i got double clicking problems. so the court is still fine. Point is i got the wired version now. lets see if this one can last longer.
HI Techne. Love the Deathadders! But after trying V2 I came back to Elite and still using it through years due to its 100+ grams - love palm grip and heavy weight! Now looking at ASUS ROG Gladius II Wireless - not too new, but rather cheep, BT, 2.4, wire and... big and heavy! Would love to see a review from you on how cozy this one is :) thanks.
I claw the DeathAdder wireless. I don't have large hands, but I'd say medium sized and long fingers. I just got mine and I have the Viper ultimate as well. My only complaint is the optical switches feel less tactile then the switches on the viper. It's more comfortable though then the viper.
Hi techne! I've just adquired a Deathadder V2 Pro. I'm having one problem though....the sensibility in 2.4 mode is different from the sensibility in bluetooth mode (even having synapse open). When I put it in bluetooth mode the cursor moves faster. Can you check if you have the same issue? thanks for all your vids and knowledge!
What would u say is better the viper ultimate or the dav2 pro. And about the side buttons u mentioned that they're a lil bit hard to press in the dav2 pro but isn't the viper ultimate side buttons too small and kinda difficult to use

@@RubenStolp No, only the mamba wireless. Mamba is more grippy. I still don’t have any problems with the DAV2’s grips. I only wish the mouse itself was a little longer, because the tips of my fingers hang off a slight bit, depending on how I grip it. The mamba has declines on the edges where your fingers would fall off, if you view some pics and compare them. That’s the only thing that could be better on the deathadder, otherwise it’s better in almost every way, for me. They could just round the edges and it would make a nice difference. The clicks are softer too, no double clicks, and more quiet. Some like it, some don’t. The mamba’s are more firm, but louder and I get double clicks sometimes. Literally have to breath into it and it’ll stop for a while.
Hey so I've been looking for some new headphones for a while now and since I'm in canada none of the budget headsets anyone recommends are actually budget over here. I've been looking into getting wireless headphones to be more specific, and one that keeps coming up is the "Mpow air 2.4G Wireless Gaming Headset" and it had good reviews but I'm still a little suspicious about it. It is in my price range and if you could do a review on it that would be amazing for me and probably more people who either have never heard of it or are also on the edge about it. I have had around 50 different gaming mice and never had any QC issues EXCEPT with DeathAdder V2 Pro... My v2 pro has terrible mouse1... its mushiest ever. I cant even feel the activation point if i press the button slowly. Mouse2 feels good. Both sides of the mouse creak. Mouse freezes for 1-2 secs occasionally while gaming. Firmware update was buggy AF and the introductions were terrible. Never using Razer products again. Back to reliable Zowie mice...

Not the same shape but very good mouse. very clicky m1 and m2 (almost as good as zowie clicks).. no double-click, and scroll feels very good. also, it's a lightweight mouse.. i'm using it for about 7-8 months already and not a single complain about it.
Ok I feel like no one knows this, but if you go into advanced settings, and make it red, then it is permanent until you change it. And it will turn on those settings for certain accounts that you have it set to.
Great review mate. For me, I wish they'd shift the side buttons back towards the hump slightly as I've always found it hard to reach the furthest forward one (the side button closest to the clicks). I use a relaxed fingertip grip where I align the hump of the mouse to the groove in between the bottom of the fingers and the rest of the hand. Mouse is insanely comfortable, but I just can't live with only 1 side button. I have largish hands too (19.5 x 10.5 cm) and looking at forumns I'm not the only one with this issue. Strangely the EC1-C I'm able to pretty comfortably reach both side buttons so I really just think it's the position that's rough for me on the DA V2. I find it's much easier to move the thumb backwards (towards the mouse hump) to reach a button than to move it forwards as then I have to shift my entire grip on the mouse to reach. Of course for full blown palm gripping or claw this is much less of an issue, but for my preferred grip style it's the one big issue I have with the DeathAdder at this point.
The only downside to this is the freaking chunky af price of 130 euro. Currently a store has it on sale for 89euro and really debating buying it. I've had 2 deathadders and a mamba in the past but all had connectivity issues with the cable, had to keep unplugging and plugging it back in which is why i strayed off to Steelseries 650 wireless but this thing is really heavy, Deathadder was always the best one for my large hand.
Yo maybe sometime soon you should pick up the Kailh box red pro 35g and do a review, haven’t seen hardly any reviews over these switches and I think you would like them since they are linear.

I don't think I've ever found a big enough mouse to palm grip. Doesn't matter tho since you always need a lil claw to fps

Fingertip grip is what I use with the Deathadder. It's perfect for those of us with large hands. Mine are around 21 cm in length.
