@@BananaKyat it's far from a viper, the overall feel of the viper is flat, while the dav3 is a bit curved which is really good. vs. what I experience with deathadder v2 pro which the curve is really pronounced that is a bit bothersome.
just got the dav3 it feels much better in the hand, feels lighter, than the dav2 and the side buttons are higher up which actually gives your thumb space, also went from wired to wireless, really liking it so far got it for $90 used definitely worth it to me.
@@BatootGamer Hello. Could you please tell your hand size (or your height maybe)? I'm choosing a present for a friend and can't decide between Viper V2 Pro And Deathadder v3 pro?
@@fender8372 oh im so sorry I just noticed that comment. It was not the size for my case but it was the shape of it since I used the wired deathadder for too long I just needed a wireless one with the same shape. My friend had deadthadder and he liked the viper more.
Thank you for the video. I dont know if its a mistake, but the reason the USB extender is white is because you ordered the white version. I got the black and the extender and cable is also black, so as far as dirtyness concerns, thats on you buddy😁
I have used both mice and here is my take. The v2 pro has far better ergonomics while the v3 has a better plastic but the v2 has the rubber grip which is definatley prefered over trashy grip tape that peels off. They have the same size battery but if you use the 8k polling rate on the v3 you will prob get around a 4th of the batter life. Speaking of 8k polling rate, its a marketing gimmik! If you don't belive me watch optimum tech and his video on 8k polling rate mice. Overall ergonomics is key ao the v2 takes the cake although usb-c would be nice 😢
U think the missing finger grooves on the v3 might put off someone that has been using the more traditional deathadder shape for years? I have similar hand size to you. Thanks for the video
Hello, for me it actually feels “familiar” if that makes sense. Though it’s a big change in the finger grooves, the way that I still slightly feel the finger grooves on the DAv3 makes it less off putting.
Thank you for this informative video! Would this mouse be suitable for fingertip grip? How’s the 4,000Hz HyperPolling dongle (if you have it)? Is this mouse suitable or good in all game genres, such as FPS, MOBA, MMORPG, Single-player games, etc. (any game genre in general)? Lastly, how’s your overall experience with the mouse and its components now after having them for months? No issues so far? My sincerest apologies for the amount of questions, but I would appreciate if you answered them all. Thank you! 😊❤️
When playing games that are not fps I usually use the DAV3 for fingertip grip, and I could say it's been pretty perfect after all these months. No issues so far. I didn't had the itch to "upgrade" because it's really good in the hands. sorry I don't have the 4000hz dongle. But I've been using this competitively for valorant, dota 2 and single player games and it's been great and I don't feel like I'm missing something by not using the 4000hz. For me the only thing I would change for competitive fps is add a grip tape (they have one included) but I would use something else. Let me know if these answered your questions, I would happily answer them.
@@jltalusan, you've answered all my questions, thank you very much, but I have other new questions to ask, sorry. Is the grip tape not enough for competitive FPS or other game genres? If I may ask, what would you use as a substitute for it? Speaking of the "fingertip grip", would the mouse be suitable for fingertip grip when playing VALORANT, other FPS games, MOBA, etc., or would the answer depend on the user himself/herself? Thank you in advance!
@@j-hope7842 for me I'm not using any grip tape right now and it works fine, it's grippy by itself but I can see someone recommending a grip tape to use specially if you have sweaty hands. I've heard good things about corepads so I would check that out. For me when I'm playing valorant, I unknowingly switch to relaxed claw from fingertip grip but that's just the way I am. I think it will largely depend to the user. But I would highly recommend getting the Razer DAV3. It's the best mouse I've used so far. I'm not a fan of other high end mouse such as final mouse, I don't like holes in my mouse.
does the v3 feel alot different in ur hand? i had the original deathadder, and i didnt like it at all.. im thinking about getting the v3 in hopes of it being different, but im afraif im gonna be dissapointed again
comparing with the DAv2, yes it feels a lot different. just the overall shape and finger grooves alone makes it a little less deathadder-ish. for me this is the best deathadder version they made.
I don't see myself buying any mouse at the moment, build quality is really top notch, battery life is like a god mode only charge it once a week (when I see it at 50%+ I charge it lol) also charges fast via the usb-c
