I also liked, "Stuck in the quantum pattern, tangled with what I never said, you say it doesn't matter." Quantum entanglement is when two particles link together in a certain way no matter how far apart they are in space. That is a piece of lyricism that is f'n beautiful.

what kills me the most is when they played this (and several other songs) live at the concert i went to vessel was SOBBING

The emotion he puts into his music is incredible. If you want another sobfeat, check out Are You Really Ok? or Missing Limbs. But for something a little more groovy & heavy, The Offering or Hypnosos.

I love watching reactions bc you never see the twists and turns the song will take and all four of them are amazing! I just loooove how you can hear every single emotion in different parts of his voice. You hear the anger, the frustration, the regret everything. Vessel is one of those vocalists that just pours everything he has into his music.
I've been a fan since the beginning in 2016. I've been watching all these reactions from several different TH-cam channels. Watching everyone get blown away by these amazing musicians never gets old. May I suggest maybe also diving into some of their older stuff. There is magic there as well. ❤️

I was singing along to the album version while driving a while back. By the time the song ended with "you say it doesn't matter" I was crying along with Vessel (which you hear in the end of the album version). I'm a 31-year-old male, not much makes me weep, but that song had me sobbing.

Girls let me tell you that you must listen to their 3 albums in order because it is a 3 part epoch that reciprocates back upon itself. Do your channel a favor and embark on the Trilogy that is the 3 Sleep Token Albums. It must be done in order and I've not seen many people go on the full journey on TH-cam, so go back to the beginning

I would strongly recommend listening to the albums in the order they were curated for us, you can follow the story and the development of Vessels lyrics and the band’s development of sound more clearly that way. I honestly believe this is much an art project as it is music and it can be traced better through the development of the albums
Hey thanks for the suggestion! We have had multiple people suggest this, and while we are both not great with breaking down lyrics or anything haha, we love the emotion and the music of ST so it would be cool to see the evolution of their sound over the 3 albums😊 Will definitely consider!

What’s amazing is this song can still spark, intense emotion and me as well after the 50th listen. They really are a special band. The music is so varied but if you want to hear another song that sparks a lot of emotion in me from Sleep Token, that is absolutely gorgeous I recommend the song Drag Me Under. There is no better song at encapsulating the feeling of just being in awe of the person laying next to you.
Drag Me Under is one of my favorites too...his voice is angelic in that one and Take Aim....the lyrics in Take Aim are really something, not that I expect any different from Vessel. I just love the contrast those songs are compared to their harder stuff 😊

I think that out of every song ever made. The line “The heavens just won’t open up for me” and the way he cries out is the most beautiful, relatable and soul crushing thing I’ve ever heard

Man, i was fine until you pulled out the tissue 😂....I can listen to this on repeat and just bask in the beauty of the song, but every now and then depending on my mood, it gut punches me. This song is just so emotional. All of their songs are emotionally stimulating. I read someone wrote to do the discography in order to follow their evolution in sound; while i do support that, others want to have you listen to this or that song. Either way, you wont be disappointed 😊 ATLANTIC is a must, also MINE, LIKE THAT, HIGHER, THE LOVE YOU WANT, TELOMERES, HIGH WATER, MISSING LIMBS.....Hell just pick one 😂😂😂

Something that’s special about this rendition of the song is it’s very akin to how he plays live shows; not just because of the emotion, but because he actually weeps during these songs because they are his life. He’s lived every note, every pressed key, every strummed string.
Also from The Room Below sessions, the cover of I Wanna Dance With Somebody……… it’s exquisite. I hated that song. And Vessel turned it into something very special. It helped me, along with so many other ST songs, get through some very dark times. Once you’re through with lots of Sleep Token, then you tackle Euclid. It’s the closure we all needed. And it’s beautiful. Can’t wait to see them in Sydney in a few weeks. Flying in to see them twice over a couple of days ❤

What is so crazy about sleep token and Vessel is, he writes everything except the drums. He is by far one of the most incredible musicians in our generation. He is also such an incredible writer, we are truly lucky to get to be on this journey with them.

Vessell was in a band before Sleep Token called Blacklit Canopy as the lead singer. You should listen to their song patient. Weird to see the lead singer unmasked.

It's hard to recommend what to check out next from Sleep Token, it's all fantastic. Ascensionism, Are you Really Ok, The Apparition, and DYWTYLM are all back-to-back-to-back on their newest album and I rarely have a dry eye when I listen to them. The last three songs also fit that category but I think those more so. ALSO, ABSOLUTELY don't listen to Euclid yet. It's the last song on their newest album and it wraps up a "trilogy" of albums. It will legitimately be SO MUCH better if you listen to their first album (Sundowning), second album (This Place Will Become Your Tomb), and third album (Take Me Back To Eden) before finishing it all with Euclid. Like on a human level, I would love to see you complete that journey and see how Euclid beautify ends it. I'm excited for both of you!!

I would argue "Fall for Me" is blood sport's biggest rival for their hardest hitting song, absolutely one to check out with the equally brilliant music video
