Cup holder is stock and very rare to be working still. Lol. I can't believe the condition of interior is great. You could flip this car for $6k no problem just cleaned up.
Nice car. Was looking similar here in Finland. Cheapest was 3500€ tax free that is about 5500$ when tax payed. Didn't buy, it had many problems: over heating when driven hard, srs and esp lights on and almost 400000km on it :D
There’s a 2003 c32 wagon on a salvage site I use with 90k no damage just wear and tear and a new charger, it’s like £3500 with 2 days left reserve not met......really thinking about it or just go balls out and go E39 M5
@@mosierwerks 35kg really doesn't make a huge amount of difference. They handle the same. If you have a C32 sedan with a sunroof it weighs the same as a C32t without one.
@@mosierwerks trust me mate auto is exactly what you want and need in this sort of car :) its pretty solid good 5 speed box in them works a treat ...i drive jaguar xf at the moment 6 speed auto my gf has slk 280, 7 speed merc box and both boxes absolutely amazing i used to see autos as a downside but thats only because of potential costs if go wrong ...but then when they started installing DMF on every manual application for me only way is auto haha...another interesting fact , i believe last year mercedes benz announced that they are officially done with manual gearboxes and every merc past 2020 be automatic :)
Those headlights are "foggy by design " you're better off getting facelift w203 lenses from ebay, after market lights, or facelift w203 headlights from junkyard
Even polished, the lenses aren't very clear. They changed this in 2005 and made the lenses clearer with less lines. I'll post a comparison pic to your post on fb.
All that era MB headlight lens are crap, polish for a quick sell on, but the effect is short lived. If you decide to keep the car, get new ones. Does it have xenon discharge headlights? Replace with LED, just as good, less power, less heat, less expense when they pop
Bloody cheap car folks still asking 7.5-8k here in NZ ,low milage here compared to usa 60-70k miles .I love my little 200 kompressor still so cheap to run & never gives me any grief i just can't let go of it ,gas here is $3 a litre ,a litre,, not gallon 3.75 litres to a usa gallon it's ridiculous .

I've got a C32T with 212k miles. Brilliant cars. Just service them properly and don't put cheap oil in.

That’s a hard decision. I’m not a fan of wagons. I like them but would rather have the lighter more nimble version.

You should get the C32, if you tune it it will be faster than the M5.
I also bought a c32 a couple days ago not too far away in Chicago. Paid 3k for 136k pretty fucking solid

This biggest downfall is no manual trans. But I actually love the auto trans in this.
