    All great stretches for Day 13, although I did need to stay seated for the duration. I just need to be patient as I wait to reduce the steroids! Thank you Carol. Namaste xx

    Another great session - I really benefit from your cues and reminders to hold our bellies tight, shoulders down etc. Thank you for your guidance - looking forward to tomorrow's class!

    Hello Carol,I’ve got this crazy head ache ,and was thinking of not do the yoga to day,I’m so glad I stack with it,still got the head ache,but my body feels good,thank you🧡🙏😊
