This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Oak Creek Homes. The model for this home is the “Boerne”! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

My goodness! I tried to pick my favorite part of this house. The porch? The island? The awesome dining room with all those windows? Maybe the living room , with all those windows. But the master closet is amazing as well!
I can't pick just one thing. All I would do differently is add some windows.

This house is one of my top favorites. If the porch comes standard with this house I would want to switch it & put it on the back of the house & opt out of the back built-in window wall unit, for French or sliding doors. I would want to put a garage or carport adjacent the side door....
Loved the layout, loved the kitchen, porch... everything...UNTIL.... that darn water heater in the bedroom closet.... WHY?!? It should be in the laundry room!

Beautiful home, but I do not like bathrooms by kitchen or dining room. A big plus an actual coat closet by front door.
I liked everything except the water heater behind a panel. I also did not like the location of the water heater and AC unit being in the master bedroom closet. These should be in the laundry room with both behind doors.
Could you tell me what mobile home builders are available in Virginia beside Clayton and Oakwood!

The only thing t would change is the master bathroom. Take out the tube and make a big shower.

WOW, this truly is a home and what a home it is. You can tell how well it has been designed with attention to detail at every turn. No space has been wasted yet it still feels wonderfully spacious. One of my favourites for sure.

Off hand I would change the outside colors. Love the size of the island with a complete flat top. Terrific kitchen. I could use it today to lay out a new quilt top I just finished a few minutes ago with the batting and backing! For those of us that are shaky on our legs, I have to sit down to take off my clothes and then put things on again which makes that bench or whatever it is called very handy! I hate the way that they cover up the water heaters in these homes. My water heater went out twice when I was living in my double wide. Had to have the neighbor guy come take off the stupid wall and then had to figure out how to start it again with his wife reading the directions brecause he 'forgot his glasses'. Never ever saw him with glasses on, but pretty sure it was his way of hiding that he couldn't read. My heart weeps for adults that can't read. 😭 Anyhow the covering over the water heater is a pain in the neck to take off and put back on. Terrific house.
That's too expensive over 200,000 I can get a stick brick house even in California for that

What’s the different in prefab and manufactured? Can you explain please.
Idk who did the flooring but you can see tile carpet seams thur out the house very badly done. First thing my eyes seen. Turn off.

Great home only thing I would like is a bigger shower in MB and no tub, utility sink.
Don't worry about the traffic sounds, to us it's just a little bit of background noise.
Nice home and beautifully decorated but the water heater and furnace in the master closet just killed it for me. That makes it an automatic no for me. Such a shame. 😪

Wow is right. It’s definitely a favorite! Love pretty much everything and I would only change the outside colors to make it more rustic or earthy browns. Fantastic ! I love ALL the colors in the home and the detail is off the charts! The sitting area in the master bath is a really nice touch. Floor plan is fantastic too. The price surprised me. And you and Cullen made my day. Cullen is a love and you are the “real deal” and very positive. Love ya’ll.
