This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Champion Homes. The model for this home is the “Hutson”! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Hi Chance! I love the floor plan. This is what you would called this one, a basic floor plan! No wasted space, but it has everything you need.
No linen closet or entry closet for coats etc

I really liked this layout-other than the dining room right by the front door. I like how light and bright it is in the interior, the blue in the kitchen, the size of all the bedrooms and closets. Once again, Great show Chance and thank you for creating all these videos for us!!
Here's a question, with the energy prices skyrocketing... how much do you think that it will cost to heat and cool this big place?
I was thinking about book shelves and maybe a couple of comfy chairs in that area. I would have to find another dining area.

Loving the windows over the sink! I too like the utility room coming into the kitchen. Still need glass shower door in guest bathroom🤗. Shower curtains are a pain!! Absolutely beautiful home.
My dad used to work at the Lillington factory..used to love getting to tour the houses when I visited! Champion homes are my fav❤
The living room and dining room should be switched.

Trailers are like that, they confuse their customers with it
You would have to move the front door and redo the windows because the current living room area is much bigger. It might look weird from the outside.

What a beautiful house... Great size pantry as well..The window s are really nice and the sunlight just shines through and really brightens up the house.Beautifully design ed kitchen and I love the window above the kitchen sink, really a major plus..The wall colors are perfect and really brightens and flows through the whole house.. Loving This house..Great size bedrooms to move around in comfortably..The back door is in the perfect place on this house..😀🌞🌻☀️🌼😄

Finally bedrooms with larger closets. I like the space but would close off the wall to the bathroom in the utility room for a freezer and have lighter floors. Otherwise I like it!

I love the back door being in close proximity to the laundry room & a bathroom… I sincerely hope Champion of Leesville produces this model with these options because I live in Leesville & my spouse works @ Champion lol😊He hasn’t been there long, but has found it a great company to work for & I sure love this floor plan & staging.
This is a great home. Kitchen is roomy, can put freezer on wall by laundry room. Bedrooms roomy and closets space. Only change in master shower, take out that molded bench,add one of the flip down bench. Those molded things are for children.
We're over in Clayton, NC. Our modular home was built by Champion in Lillington.

LOVE this place. Only changes I'd do is get rid of that door from the bathroom and make it a whole wall closed off (I have a young kid who would escape out that back door, plus with it walled off you could have a linen closet in there or space for a freezer (Possibly even both). The outcove in that back bedroom (kids room) closet would be perfect for a stand up dresser! Id POSSIBLY take out the top drawer (center) of the island and make it a place for a microwave to be hidden away instead. The master bathroom I HATE that stand alone tub so I'd back it up against the wall and make it a garden tub instead then on the other side next to the toliet I'd have a linen cabinet all the way up. Those long windows Id have to change to make regular sized or the skinny long windows (I cant think of the name). Personally we have alot more folding clothes than we do hanging so I'd put shelves in all the closets and only save a little of the space for hanging.

Nice layout . Iike the blue in kitchen. Seems that's the new color for 2024. would say switch livingroom and dining room but the livingroom would be smaller. Love the pantry. Nice size guest rooms and closets. Like primary bath. Except windows by tub. Love the shower. Disappointed in primary closet. All in all very nice home. Thank you for the tour.
Really liked the master bathroom. Didn't really like where dining area was. Liked everything else about it though except big windows by tub in master bath.

I do wish the bedrooms had carpet, as well as, living room. I would not use tub in MASTER bath.

A pretty good floor plan but there are changes needed. Drawer over base cabinets in the kitchen. I’d also switch the dining and living rooms, more the front door of course to allow three windows in the new living room and extend the divider wall between the kitchen area. Lastly get rid of the wire shelves.
The size of the 2nd & 3rd br closets is insane!

Great pantry! Don't like the barn doors over the stove. That is just silly. I think there is a bank of drawers on the island, otherwise none. I think they do this as a cost savings measure, but the one thing you shouldn't skimp on is the basic necessities in the kitchen, such as drawers and plenty of them. I have 17 drawers in my kitchen and they are all full! Now I can see that the whole island is drawers. Fantastic! I like the extra space in the laundry room. With the space in the master bathroom, if the didn't enclose the toilet (I'm' a bit claustrophobic so I hate that anyhow) I think you would be able to have grab bars and be able to get a wheelchair near to the toilet. Good price for a nice sized house. I would be putting more shelves and poles in all the closets. Thanks Chance.

Hi Chance! I’m from a small town in North Carolina called Roxboro. That’s about 20-25 minutes from Durham. This is a nice home. The laundry room, could a sink be added! I’m a nurse so that’s where I would come into the house and wash my hands. Thanks

Make lemonade. The dining table area is in the wrong area. Seems so off. Otherwise I love the rest of the layout. Also love like you said the back door and being able to take that last stop before you head out with the kids to the bathroom. Or when you come home and are ready to pee your pants the bathroom is right there. Great placement! One thing I don’t ever see or maybe I’m missing it is a linen closet. Like I feel the master bath could be a wee bit smaller so a linen closet could have been added in the floor plan. Otherwise love this one. (Same old pet peeve only need one sink in master but I’m sure that could be easily excluded)
I don't care for the counter top color with the flooring in the small bathroom. Same in the master . I do like having a tub and shower in the master !

I just found out this is your channel, I didn’t want to cheat on you so I never watched it until the other day, my husband said, your kidding.. he knew and kept it a secret lol. I like the bathroom from back door , great if you have a pool, the muddy kids and dogs get washed off. No the lay out off kitchen dinner room, is cute.. but serving large holiday parties you may need serving cart! Lol

I’m truly not trying to be critical but, $137,000 for popcorn ceilings and non taped walls? I wonder how much the price point would have increased with those two changes, because aside from those two things it’s an attractive home.

Not crazy about the open floor plan. Feel like wasted space in between the LR, kitchen & dining. Don’t like the chair rail though out the house. It’s a ok house
