I am looking to purchase a house as a rental property investment around Princeton, But I am confused between North Fortworth and Princeton. Any suggestions for better location between these for rental property investments.
If you have children avoid Princeton. The ISD is 20 years behind. The superintendent is a loser and the school board refuses to adjust. There is quite a bit of negative press that has happened in the past 2 years. Do your research. The data is inaccurate. I know because I worked there and had access to student data district wide.

From someone who lives there now, don’t, it’s the worst place in Texas. Takes sometimes 2 hours to get to Dallas and 2 hours to get home.
