yeah, but I'm not driving. Those lights are meant to gap large amounts of cars from entering at the same time. No point in stopping for it if there's no one.
@@alexandergrande8310 It's not a traditional "red light" that you're thinking of; it's a metered highway entrance. It helps regulate the flow of traffic for getting onto the highway, so that cars enter into an orderly fashion instead of just piling up on top of each other. But if there is not another car next to you, then you can just go, regardless of the color of the light.

Well I don't drive from LA to San Diego. I take the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner.
Just drove over there from Madera to visit my aunt & uncle finally back! The longest drive about 6 hours ½
Was worth the drive the traffic was insane.
Next time take amtraks pacific surfliner. It's much more convenient than driving.
