For me, the black/orange watch looks too playful, the white tries to look too fancy with the chrome, and the grey/black is right in the middle and pretty perfect.
White looks so incredibly premium, almost like a completely different watch to the other two. Also, remember, this is not the 6 classics successor, that will be next year. This is the 5 pro's successor, not designed to be dressed up unlike the classics.
The white is obviously very pretty but for me the white was more outfit dependent, especially if you wear black a lot. I also questioned how dull that white would look in a year of heavy wear. Sleeping in it, working out, sweating, I feel like that isn't going to be very pretty. The titanium silver was the best middle ground especially with a black band.

I had Galaxy Watch, Watch Active 2, Watch 4, Watch 5 Pro and now Watch 6 classic. I love their smartwatch features but the best feature of Watch Ultra is the price - it is so high that it made me upgrade to the big boys level and ordered Epix Pro gen 2. Thank you Samsung
I went with the white version and it's the best one of them! I went to a wedding and got a lot of compliments on the watch. Love it more than all of them. I currently have the s3,watch 5, 5 pro, 6 classic and the ultra and all the buds plus the Fold 4 and s24 ultra, have the s7 plus tablet and the s9 ultra. My friends called me a geek and a fan!!!! I don't think so because I also have the iPhone 15 pro max, the watch 9, airpods pro, the iPad pro, and few more stuff. I just love technology...... love your videos brother!!!!!!
I just bought (wife bought for Father's Day) watch 6 classic. Missed having a galaxy watch with my phone, and being able to customize the face with my outfit for the day just gives me the variety I need. Also, seeing your bands helped me learn there are purge options out there.
You have to get the orange band. It looks good with the white. It looks better on the white than the gray one that it comes with. Samsung has to figure out a way to make this watch smaller. It would look so much better. This is another area where their lack of battery innovation is hurting their design.
I held out with mine until they stopped letting it on the network and unable to connect to gear app, and finally gave up and got the 4 Classic I would love to have that unique rectangle curved screen again!!!
Man I loved that design, I never understood why nobody has exploited it, I loved it and it was super cool. It's odd that the big brands are focusing in 'regular' watches when they need to change the concept. Imagine a curved wide screen on your wrist... funny thing is that this was doable years ago already...

Great! I wanted to trade-in my Watch 6 Classic, but the trade in value was $65 and I've been using it for about 8 months, not damage. I ended up just buying the Ultra (Titanium grey) without trade-in.

I have the Watch6 Classic (47mm) and I briefly thought about going for the Ultra, until I saw those dimensions. With my just-under-6-inch wrist I was already being adventurous going for the Classic 47mm and after seeing the Ultra on your wrist, I have a fair idea how weighty it will look on mine, so I am going to stick to my Classic and wait for the next Classic. This time, I felt that the Galaxy Watch's chipset upgrade had improved the experience to a world-class level, and I really like the design. The Galaxy Watch was close to being a waste product until now, but now it seems worth buying. I've been using it for two months and I'm very satisfied.
i preordered white but changed it today to the silver one. Mainly because the silver will stay more clean than the white and i can use it to a broader range of clothing. The silver also looks better with other straps on as a whole. The white looks better on the front and with the silver buttons but they should have made it a unibody. Pitty...
Yeah I was in between those two colors. The silver is closest to a blackout watch and would look good with the black stainless steel band I got. Might have to test the look of that one as well

I think this watch has a mix of a rugged/casual type of design. Looks good with this titanium band for dressing casually, so does the marine white color band for a more rugged style look like a gshock type of vibe. This watch is unique! It's like having the best of both world lol! Can't wait to try out different bands specifically the titanium silver band with a little of white accent on it paired with the white galaxy 7 ultra! I rate this watch a 10/10 based on what this watch is intended to be! I think sometime in the future I will own the galaxy 6 classic to go along with the collection and simply having the option because the 6 classic is for casually look only hense the classic name given lol.

CJ, where are your Samsung Gear watches? OK, I started with the Frontier, which was more S than Gear, and went to the 4, 6, and now the Ultra. I got the dark one, but opted for the dark gray band and got a free one, a dark gray fabric band. I also got a black band, like the silver one you have. I don't mind the shape, because it kind of disappears with the darker color. What I miss is the rotating bezel! It would have made it a little taller, but would have been worth it. I might have passed if I had known it wasn't there.
I used to have the Gear S2 and I swear they're reusing the old watchstrap attachment system from that era just upgraded and modernized. Its crazy no ones noticed.

But then I realized it could be a regional thing, went to the US site, there U have option to choose. but here in my region, sadly no. Black is tied with orange, silver is tied with black band, and white with white.
I returned mine for the regular 44mm Watch 7. It started hurting the top of my wrist cus it was digging in. It's a dope watch but they need to make the bottom more flat and less rounded. Watch 7 got the W on this one IMO
CJ I have iphone and Samsung and work in the tech industry. I've had every Samsung product. You do seemed biased on occasion. I believe you mean well, but still sound partial to Apple. I've had almost every Samsung product and I've had the last two iphones 14 and 15 pro maxes. So I'm not biased I do believe apple has built the same product over and over.
I have a preference just like everyone else. I just don’t hide it and keep it transparent. Your preference is obviously Samsung based on the amount of times you chose it over others and preference and nothing is wrong with that.
All I want to know before I up from my Galaxy 3 is, if I forget to take my phone with me when I leave the house, can I still make and receive phone calls. My Galaxy 3 is an actual phone with its own phone number. All the new Galaxy watchs had to be within a few hundred feet of your phone to make and receive calls. Not my old Galaxy 3, my phone could be in another state and I can still make and receive calls on my Galaxy watch. My watch has saved me a lot of times when I rushed out of the house without my phone.
The Galaxy Watch connoisseur has arrived. I pre-ordered this watch, but something happened at check out where affirm confirmed my order but Samsung didn't send me an email confirmation they got my order so I'm kind of in limbo, lol. They won't let me place an order with my pre-order credit because apparently I already did. If it comes in, cool, if not, cool, lol. I'm still fine with my 6 Classic!I like the titanium silver color, its not too dark and not too light!
I also ordered the white titanium with the white peakform band while it was still available! It came with the black trailband for free and lowkey seeinf your white trailband i may have to cop that too lol. Solid review brotha!
@CJKnowsTECH yeah I figured that. That's why I kept my Galaxy watch 6 Classic and traded in my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic on the Galaxy Watch Ultra. I haven't got it yet but hopefully, it's nice when I get hands on.
One thing that I can say about the Watch 7 Ultra is Samsung finally fix the overheating during calls issue, in the several previous iterations of the Galaxy watch have had this issue after being on a call for more than 2 or 3 minutes the call would end due to overheating. We've been waiting for this fix for a long time!!!😅
Design is hard to say as every one like diffrent styles. For me i Love Big and bulky "outdoor" design so they could have made it 52-55mm and i would be more happy. :) But for sure not fit everyone. Battery is top on the Ultra after i have use it almost a week now, and overall a very solid watch.
Wait, how did you get yours so fast? Mine keep getting delayed from 24 Jul, to 1 Aug, to 21 Aug, to now 18 September..and now the breaking news with the Ear Buds 3 Pro a hold on shipping...😢

I also traded in my beige Fold4 for a white Fold6 which has been quite impressive so far! Your initial remark on the side activity button not being able to rotate had me HOLLERING!! 🤣🤣🤣
That watch is more simmilar to one of Samsung Gear watch than to apple... if someone could say that there was any copy design they could say that apple copy first watch of Samsung, but they don't go any forward they still use square screen, so I think that they stuck in a stone Age if they can't ivent roung screen...
I actually preferred the free band Samsung gave me versus the one it came with. Just got mine in yesterday and loving it. Been using Garmin for years since I am a runner. It is a nice change for the most part. BUT, I know I am going to miss my 19 day battery life on the Tactix Delta and the week long battery on the Fenix series. I traded in my Vivoactive 4 to get $100 off. After tax it came out to $594. I think for what you are getting. That is a fair price. Though real hard about the white one, but decided the darker grey/orange accents would fit with more of my outfits. That white is clean af though!
The watch looks 100% better with the aftermarket band !! It makes it look more sophisticated. Don't know why they never offer that option. The first thing I did was order aftermarket band as well ! I already got it a few days ago now. I'm waiting for my watch ⌚️ which was DELAYED by UPS !😡
Man I needed a black watch, my favorite Invicta broke on me a while back and yet to get it fixed so I went with the grey to have function and fashion. The orange accent didnt bother me and I went in knowing I would get other bands beside the orange but that white looking extra premium!!!! And that new band matched the titanium perfectly. I was afraid of that.
Man I'm so jealous bro. I just got mine in the titanium gray and it was hard to choose which color. Now seeing this setup, I should have went with the white one. That was my first pick but wasn't sure how it would look until now and then that silver watch band I'm getting now but in black.
I pulled the trigger and after a few days use I am sold! I must say it grew on me quickly and I was fully ready to dislike it. Zfold6 watch ultra and buds 3 pro all wonderful!

Same here on the band length. Thankfully these types of bands are easily altered and cut like butter.

If you order the GW Ultra directly from Samsung, you have the option to switch out the bands.

What is your wrist size? Does ultra feel bulky or heavy? Still can't decide between all the new models with 16.5 cm wrist size.
Approximately 6 inches (15.24cm) and yes it’s a hefty watch
I first seen all 3 online and didn't like them then I thought the white one look the best. Seen them in person and thought the white one looked cheap and fell in love with the silver and black one. I pre-order last week and got mine 2 days ago and love it so far🔥
I did pre order the white as well. Hoping it'll grow on me. Had the Apple watch Ultra but bought an s24u so wanted to pair it with this. Looks good but do agree all titanium with a clean look. I can't stand chrome on a car let alone a watch lol
CJ, where are your Samsung Gear watches? OK, I started with the Frontier, which was more S than Gear, and went to the 4, 6, and now the Ultra. I got the dark one, but opted for the dark gray band and got a free one, a dark gray fabric band. I also got a black band, like the silver one you have. I don't mind the shape, because it kind of disappears with the darker color. What I miss is the rotating bezel! It would have made it a little taller, but would have been worth it. I might have passed if I had known it wasn't there.
Does it stay on? The always on dusplay doesn't work on mine
If you prordered from Samsung you could choose which watch finish and which band. Did not have to go with the orange.
Does the band match the titanium color? The white is mad clean but if nothing matches I'ma skip 😔
How is the battery life, have activated all the health options like continuous heart and stress tracking, sleep, etc.?

I used to have the Gear S2 and I swear they're reusing the old watchstrap attachment system from that era just upgraded and modernized. Its crazy no ones noticed.
Same feeling here bro, wanted an all black variant. but Samsung's like, na.. u ve got to pay extra.. At least they could let us choose the band color while ordering..
You can choose watch body and band color separately in the samsung shop.
@@RBZ-1 Actually I didn't get that option when i ordered, I checked now again, no option to choose a different color band. But then I realized it could be a regional thing, went to the US site, there U have option to choose. but here in my region, sadly no. Black is tied with orange, silver is tied with black band, and white with white.

I returned mine for the regular 44mm Watch 7. It started hurting the top of my wrist cus it was digging in. It's a dope watch but they need to make the bottom more flat and less rounded. Watch 7 got the W on this one IMO
CJ I have iphone and Samsung and work in the tech industry. I've had every Samsung product. You do seemed biased on occasion. I believe you mean well, but still sound partial to Apple. I've had almost every Samsung product and I've had the last two iphones 14 and 15 pro maxes. So I'm not biased I do believe apple has built the same product over and over.
I have a preference just like everyone else. I just don’t hide it and keep it transparent. Your preference is obviously Samsung based on the amount of times you chose it over others and preference and nothing is wrong with that.

All I want to know before I up from my Galaxy 3 is, if I forget to take my phone with me when I leave the house, can I still make and receive phone calls. My Galaxy 3 is an actual phone with its own phone number. All the new Galaxy watchs had to be within a few hundred feet of your phone to make and receive calls. Not my old Galaxy 3, my phone could be in another state and I can still make and receive calls on my Galaxy watch. My watch has saved me a lot of times when I rushed out of the house without my phone.

The Galaxy Watch connoisseur has arrived. I pre-ordered this watch, but something happened at check out where affirm confirmed my order but Samsung didn't send me an email confirmation they got my order so I'm kind of in limbo, lol. They won't let me place an order with my pre-order credit because apparently I already did. If it comes in, cool, if not, cool, lol. I'm still fine with my 6 Classic!I like the titanium silver color, its not too dark and not too light!
I also ordered the white titanium with the white peakform band while it was still available! It came with the black trailband for free and lowkey seeinf your white trailband i may have to cop that too lol. Solid review brotha!

@CJKnowsTECH yeah I figured that. That's why I kept my Galaxy watch 6 Classic and traded in my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic on the Galaxy Watch Ultra. I haven't got it yet but hopefully, it's nice when I get hands on.
The vibration motor on this watch is strong. It's much better than the one on the Watch 6 classic

One thing that I can say about the Watch 7 Ultra is Samsung finally fix the overheating during calls issue, in the several previous iterations of the Galaxy watch have had this issue after being on a call for more than 2 or 3 minutes the call would end due to overheating. We've been waiting for this fix for a long time!!!😅
Design is hard to say as every one like diffrent styles. For me i Love Big and bulky "outdoor" design so they could have made it 52-55mm and i would be more happy. :) But for sure not fit everyone.
Battery is top on the Ultra after i have use it almost a week now, and overall a very solid watch.

@jermear If you did, I recommend you check the news on them. Samsung, stop shipping them on Friday because of some safety concerns with the tips. Samsung also confirmed the news as well.

That watch is more simmilar to one of Samsung Gear watch than to apple... if someone could say that there was any copy design they could say that apple copy first watch of Samsung, but they don't go any forward they still use square screen, so I think that they stuck in a stone Age if they can't ivent roung screen...
I actually preferred the free band Samsung gave me versus the one it came with. Just got mine in yesterday and loving it. Been using Garmin for years since I am a runner. It is a nice change for the most part. BUT, I know I am going to miss my 19 day battery life on the Tactix Delta and the week long battery on the Fenix series. I traded in my Vivoactive 4 to get $100 off. After tax it came out to $594. I think for what you are getting. That is a fair price. Though real hard about the white one, but decided the darker grey/orange accents would fit with more of my outfits. That white is clean af though!

The watch looks 100% better with the aftermarket band !! It makes it look more sophisticated. Don't know why they never offer that option. The first thing I did was order aftermarket band as well ! I already got it a few days ago now. I'm waiting for my watch ⌚️ which was DELAYED by UPS !😡

Man I needed a black watch, my favorite Invicta broke on me a while back and yet to get it fixed so I went with the grey to have function and fashion. The orange accent didnt bother me and I went in knowing I would get other bands beside the orange but that white looking extra premium!!!! And that new band matched the titanium perfectly. I was afraid of that.
Man I'm so jealous bro. I just got mine in the titanium gray and it was hard to choose which color. Now seeing this setup, I should have went with the white one. That was my first pick but wasn't sure how it would look until now and then that silver watch band I'm getting now but in black.

I pulled the trigger and after a few days use I am sold! I must say it grew on me quickly and I was fully ready to dislike it. Zfold6 watch ultra and buds 3 pro all wonderful!
