Was just at The Alamo. They are tearing up the pavers in front of it, also, they are going to demolish a couple of buildings across the street. I believe they are trying to reclaim and recreate more of the actual fort, as it once was.

My favorite thing to do in San Antonio is to visit the witte museum of natural history and look at their dinosaur exhibit.
