      What if a person wants to relocate from the city and go somewhere else? You got to sell grandma's house to get the money to get your own house. Grandma's house has become dilapidated. Who got the money to fix up grandma's house?

      I own my home and working on to acquire my first rental property, my brother own his home, mother owns hers, my grandparents on theirs and my great grandparents own their with a few rental properties. We all live in Florida and we all worked hard to keep this family legacy going. We try so hard to make our people understand the importance but they don't want to here it. In order for us not to sell Grandma's house they have to understand the chess game. But most of us out here playing checkers.

Houston city proper has 500,000 blacks out of 2.3 million, Chicago has 700,000 out of 2.7 million, Dallas has 400,000 blacks out of 1.5 million, most of the biggest metro cities has a larger Hispanic population the black populations are usually 20-29 percent.

    I have been an over the road trucker for 11 years. I have been to all 48 contiguous states and vacationed in Hawaii. I am pro black as i can be. I listen to all voices of New Black Media...and from my perspective Jackson, MS is our Wakanda. Most black people suffer cognitive dissonance about areas with a large population of our fellow FBAs. We tend to be swayed by statistics more so than by the obvious. Case in point soon as i say the word Chicago...we all have been trained to think run away bc it is so violent....yes there is violence there...but Chicago is an absolutely beautiful city with entire neighborhoods with nothing but black folks doing well. Most of us don't think of it that way, nor do we think of Jackson as we ought. Jackson is the closest we have to Black Wallstreet. I said we...all other places we don't run things from top to bottom like we do in Jackson. If all of you could see what i have seen, without making any announcements...all of us would move to Jackson...and the surrounding areas. Buy up every inch of land and pool our great resources... POWERNOMICS...and build up Jackson into the Dubai of our particular ethnic group...our tribe. All places in our country look the same...we are at the bottom. We work in warehouses, we work as security guards, we wash cars, mow grass and do hair. Only in DC do you see us en masse obviously thriving financially; Blacks driving Teslas. Everywhere else we pushing a 2004 something we can afFORD like its brand new. I have been to your house. I have seen how all of you live. If you ever saw a truck driver tip toeing threw your neighborhood with an orange trailer looking lost as hell...beloved...it was me. We should all pack it up and pull a reverse great migration. I know you make $28.50 an hour in Pennsylvania...i also know you got race soldiers in every cop car targeting you and your kids. We need to look at the intangibles a place like Jackson has...like an architect looks at a dilapidated building and sees what could be. We move to Jackson...then we takeover state politics...then we can force our reparations on that level...setting precedent for all other states to follow...then eventually the federal government would cave in and cash us out. Look outside your door...if you have a Loves, Pilot, TA, Sheetz, Mr. Fuel...truck stop...I have been there. You live in a microcosm. You are not an anomaly. Our salvation is in getting on code and making moves SILENTLY.

    There’s no way Newark is 47% black. Has to be more like 65-70%. Maybe 25% Latino. 5% other. Somewhere in those ranges. We don’t take census much here, maybe that affects the numbers. But ride around for a day, you won’t see many people at all who aren’t black unless they’re passing through

    • @chuckiea7011
      @chuckiea7011 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Newark is nowhere near 65% to 70% African American. Yes, African Americans do take the census everywhere. Now, when breaking the situation down by blocks and neighborhoods, then yes, the African American population can be 65% and well into the 90% range in some areas. I use to live in Newark and been to several parts of the city and racial make-up differs depending on where you're at. Even though African Americans make up 3/5 of Newark quadrants, The majority of African Americans live in the South, West and Central areas, that's where you'll find African Americans in the 70 to 90% range.
      Above everything else, what you gotta consider that with the high poverty rates, high unemployment rate, lack of jobs and high crime rates, a lot of African Americans have left Newark over the past 30 years. You said that you won't see many people at all that aren't African American unless they're passing through. That's definitely not true, the 07105 zip code is home to a large population of Portuguese and Brazilians which is home to the United States largest population of these groups out of any city in the country in this zip code, the African American population is no more than 6% and this is the zip code with the most people of European descent living there. The 07103 zip code is home to a significant Latin American population mostly made up of Puerto Ricans and Dominicans with a small group of Asians mostly made up of Indians. In the 07107 zip code where the population of African Americans and Latin American are almost equal. You have a decent amount of Puerto Ricans and Dominicans in that zip code with a small population of Colombians, Ecuadorians and Mexicans. Then there's the 07104 zip code is home to the largest population of Latin Americans. This area has way more Latinos than African Americans living in this zip code and the majority of residents are Puerto Ricans, Ecuadorians, Dominicans, Brazilian, Colombians, Mexicans and even has a population of Italians, Germans and Irish people in this zip code. Another diverse zip code is the 07102. That area has African Americans as their largest population with a significant Latin American and European American population with a small Asian and Native American population. All other zip codes and areas of Newark is where you're going to find African Americans over that 70% range.
