I hope some day, she becomes a Mother and welcomes her baby, as she has been welcomed...and all of us know that she will. This is truly a life long miracle, that continually is unfolding.
She went through so much 😭. She's an amazing and beautiful person. What an example she is of overcoming difficulties with a positive attitude. She deserves every bit of happiness and love.
@@shawnwalsh83 Not everyone has a family and home as wonderful as hers , there are many other people with her potential that never get rescued , never get the love and support of a good family and their self-esteem, are beaten by their parents and bullied at school, or see their family members die of starvation growing up in third world poverty and hope easily withers away for many of them. Her family are a big part of her success and being rescued so young was a massive plus for dealing with that tragedy. Don't underestimate the impact a good family ,good home , good education and general kindness can have on somebody's self-esteem and perseverance esp from an infant onwards, she herself says she never felt ashamed of having no legs because her mother made sure to teach her from very young they where beautiful. Many other people out there could have had the same strength as her if they'd gotten the kindness and support she had.

I would pray if I had an eating addiction because it was masking and underlying emotional problems and food became comfort food and something to do instead of nutrition. I would pray to decrease my desire for food and I would become slimmer....because the Love of Christ and Belief on him can conquer all for with FAITH you can accomplish the unthinkable. This is what I would do. Light is stronger than Darkness and it will give you Victory in whatever wounded or hurt you have. This is what apparently this victorious woman did in her life and it needs to be celebrated and all Glory to the Father and his Son. Amen hope this comment helps you. wow! im really happy for her! she seems to be living well, she's competing in swimming competitions, and she seems to be doing very well without her legs and with prosthetics. her backstory is very sad but im glad she grew up with a loving family and that she seems comfortable with herself. it's amazing

Ms. Shepherd, you are quite beautiful in form and as a person. I served as a U.S. Marine in S. Vietnam, mostly on the outskirts of DaNang. I spent many hours in villages getting to know locals. Some of the most resilient people I've ever met. Shared much of my rations with their children and delighted watching those reactions to new tastes. I treated them all the same no matter what their condition; the way I believe God desires. I'm so happy for you and that we all can share our hearts together.
