I still remember the food quality in Sardinia Now that you tried the splendid fish, do not forget to visit "Il Rifugio" in Nuoro (probably you know that one!), and old family managed trattoria with splendid recipes from inner Sardinia. By the way, what I know about the wonderful "carta di musica" or "pane carasau" is that the name originated because its colour is reminiscent of the paper used by the musicians in the XVII and XVIIIth centuries (and I know that quite well because of my work).
My God, you are so slow… speed up! And eat something in front of the camera or sip a little wine… these are well-intentioned comments because people like to see someone like them... eating, drinking and enjoying themselves… not a food-guide or some expert….😅
