Again an interesting episode, this time dealing with mushrooms... Autumn's great product. I love how italians, specially tuscans and umbrians combine them with pasta and meat in hundreds of recipes! I remember specially a great meal in a restaurant in Città di Castello, in Umbria. Thank you for the video and the recommendations!
