I think I'd like to do the full routine a couple of times a week. I want to train for doing a perfect handstand. To do this I need to be able to open my shoulders so I can keep my body in a straight line. So all stacked in one straight line. At the moment I would need to arch my back which is bad form. Which of these exercises would be recommended to do once or twice daily to open up the shoulders for handstand. [Edit] I've just seen that you've made a whole vidoe on it so I'll give that a watch. 😀 I used to be able to bind my hands behind my back on both sides. However since I;ve been rock climbing, my shoulders have become more burly and I find it much more difficult. The fingers just about touch now whereas I could bind without difficulty before.
Excellent exercises!! Cheers!!
Amazing video! Would you recommend also including deadhangs in my stretching routine?
Thank you so much! Deadhangs can yes be a huge addition to the mix!
