The man found in the Solemn series of cards is most likely representative of the Judeo-Christian God, since in the Japanese version the series is named in a sense of "God's ___" instead which lines up with his feud with the Condemned Darklord (through her stealing the items in the Forbidden archetype) and thus the Darklord archetype, who's boss monsters are two forms of Lucifer specifically.

But aside from the Solemn cards, the God from the cards is tied closely to the Condemned and Forbidden cards, of which the Forbidden Relics are 4 of the most important Holy Relics of Christianity. This next fact I had to find the lore on, but Master Guide 4 specifically notes that Forbidden Scripture is the original version of the Bible meaning that the man who opposes the Condemned Maiden has to be the Christian God rather than Odin
