Probably for the same reason people used to think MST negated cards back in the DM days. Those both force their most relevant targets right now(the Tearlaments monsters) to resolve without effect.

Nordics have some good cards now. And they can play under shifter. I love the deck but it still needs a proper rota for the cards and maybe something to help for the grind game. Also the aesir gods either need some more protection or their effects to become quick effect similar to the orcust field spell.

I'm assuming if I just read the cards I can get the answer for this, but I just don't want to. Why can't you add the Ball with Thunderspeed summon? Doesn't it add a level 10 with ? atk and let you tribute summon it

The Ballin' deck makes me upset bc I love the face card knights but that list relied on you having ball in hand to even use thunderspeed summon since it can't even be searched due to being DARK. I can see a world where it does work but it ain't this one
