Fisher & Paykel Brevida Nasal Pillow Mask Review

This video provides a detailed review of the Fisher & Paykel Brevida Nasal Pillow Mask including the soft inflatable nasal pillows that ensure a tight seal and won't dislodge during sleep. The air pillow of the Brevida Nasal Pillow mask inflates, sealing in and around the nose. The air pillow is designed to be worn more loosely than other nasal pillows, thus, less pressure is placed on the nostrils. Kathie Treacy it does not stay on my Asian silky long hair! I had to tie ponytail during the trial! I love the mask but not the straps

i don't know if anyone has any problem but i have had mine for about 4 months now and I don't totally like it. I find sometimes I put it on and it will hiss and I can't rid of the noise. I adjust the straps, i take out and put back in the basin, i adjust to see if my will change from the red to green face for mask fit and that won't work. I even move the swivel. i checked for holes and nothing.

The Velcro Strap won't last. I have to replace it after 8 months. Ridiculous!!!

I love this mask so much but all night long I wake up and have to adjust the headgear. It does not stay in place and I dont have a long pony tail to keep it in place. I wish the company would do a better design.

I love this mask on trial! Only thing i have is the strips doesn’t stay on my head overnight as I have Asia silky long hair! I had to tie a ponytail on my back, but again does not help if I turn to my back to sleep! I’m getting myself a n30 today as my finale decision for purchase not rental! But man that n30 had a crack even before I use it! The cushion of N30 like a piece of paper! I have contacted my vendor, hopefully I can get my none leak new N 30 for first days trial before i could decide on N20 or Brevida, or flimsy N30

I actually switched my ResMed to this brevida mask finally! I did not like the ResMed NP 30 mask! It leaks terribly! I got my new brevida ! I sleep well with this Brevida mask now! I have to tie a ponytail to use it otherwise it will slip away from my nose! So far already 4-5 days no problem at all! I am move in love with it each day! What a mask! It almost got everything I need except the straps inner side is too slippery for my Asian long hair! You just need to tie a loose ponytail on your head! I will recommend this mask! I am a critical care RN. Very picky for medical care equipment, but this mask pass my test! FYI, so far I only tried ResMed nP20 and NP30 , so I may miss out some other good mask though, but this one is good to my opinion! I don’t understand why others said the straps won’t last long ! I think the quality of the straps are good except it too slippery as I mentioned early!

Does the nasal pillow itself "move" when you're breathing? I can't have things moving, keeps me awake.

I had tried before Covid pandemic starting. I couldn’t have chance to try other type of masks except this and ResMed np20, initially my nose not used to the pressure, a bit of sore and woke up with some fluid in my nose!the technician taught me to adjust my Cpap humidity, it works! Now I buy this mask and return ResMed N30! This mask it great even my nose is partially congested sometimes I still can use it easily ! The nose piece does not move!it is thin and stays on the wall of your nostrils! I am getting used to the pressure now and it doesn’t hurt or feel sore when I wake up next day morning! It is a great mask for me who is side sleeper or frequent toaster
