Just purchased one trying it for the first time tonight 🥴I currently has the P10 nasal pillows getting lots of leaks (red faces) on my machine
Let the air inflate the pillow before fitting into your nose and make sure there is plenty of tube in the bed with you and under the covers. (This will mean the tube doesn't slide off your blanket and pull on your mask and make it leak). Remember, it'll take a week or so for your body to get used to the new mask. Keep it nice and loose. Hi Marilynn, thanks for commenting . I hope you can help me. I also currently use the P10 nasal pillows and it's time for a change. They have been irritatiing my nostrils, I've been sneeezing excessively now for a long time ,( I don't think it's allergies ) and I can't seem to get a good or perfect mask score. There was a while where I was getting straight 20's. Now it's not unusual to score a 15 or less, no matter what cleaning or adjustments I make. Soooo my question is are you still using the F&P Brevida Pillow Mask? Satisfied? Thrilled? Also will it definately fit my ResMed Air mini? Any new and different hardware i need to purchase with it?
I have the Brevida nasal pillows and had lots of leaks until I tried the xs - small and i still get some leaks but my events are from 1 to 5 which is great for me. Is there a single head band like the Pilairo Q had??? The Brevida affect my vision when I have it on.
How would you rate this against the p30i
Thanks for the great video. I am planning to order one. You mention that the package includes small/extra small cushion as well. However, in the package contents, it lists the cushion included as the size ordered. I do not see a sizing chart for the mask and I worry that I might order the wrong size. Any advice?
The package definitely has both size pillows in the pack and no need to order a specific size. (Sorry for the late reply, we had not seen this notification).
I use this mask and love it, but the short hose just tore, do you know if they sell a replacement for just the short hose? I've searched cpap websites and haven't found one.
Does turning on the air make it more comfortable?
Mine tends to develop a black mould where the blue connector attaches to the mask. It seems like i cant clean it as you cant separate the 2 parts. I try to let it dry with sunlight after cleaning it everyday with soapy water. I figure sunlight kills mould but it's not working. Any suggestions?
How efficient do you think disinfecting would be using the Sleep8?
We're not sure Darren. The Sleep8 device hasn't been approved by the TGA for use in Australia so we're not able to sell it or test it.
