So how we can understand SIO is bad or burned from shorted if getting hot and no standby light and of course not coming on?, there is 3,3v and more lover voltage around of SIO also BIOS chip have 3.3v and power on button have 3.3v is ok. am removed a capacitor up of SIO and not hot like in past but still little bit hot and no standby lights. where we must check on this case standby chip or else ?

The G50 line is absolutely terrible. My grandpa has a G50-30. It's only 4 years old, it's super slow, the battery only lasts like 30 minutes and the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. All he has on it is Windows 10 2004 x64, drivers and Firefox.

oh Lenovo one of the worst brands i have come across my bench. the build quality of the casing is total shit i have a Lenovo i believe the G40 belongs to sister inlaw think within 3 months of buying it both screen hinges broke from the casing but shop / lenovo wouldnt touch it for repairs under warranty ended up having to use nuts and bolts to put it back together only way to fix the screen secure made it look ugly with the nuts at the bottom but it worked one of the other known problems with these Lenovo laptops is the graphics chip the chip tends to loose contact with the motherboard have come across many lenovo laptops with this problem and seems that when these motherboards are put together with the components to make it work its like its done in a rush and it ends up needing the chip taken off cleaned both chip and motherboard and re-balled and put back on total shit laptops and throw in HP on the shit list
