I'd probably bought the one on Florence that's close to where I was raised and I'm familiar with the area

Eric, my parents last home was on 85th street near Van Ness Ave. It had 1500 sq. feet with two bedrooms and one bath. They bought it in 1957 for $15,000. When my dad died in 1965 mom sold it for $18,000. Today Zillow estimates its value at $640,000!

Even adjusting for inflation, that home is worth over three times as much as what your parents bought it for. That’s insane!

That's what happens when you put 14,000,000 people on a narrow strip of land between the mountains and the ocean.

    I enjoy watching your videos.
I discovered some species can speak continuously every second without taking breaks for 7 years. I discovered this at Chicago Chinatown. I don't know how long this species has been living around here. Can you help me find more evidence? What are they? Who make them? Why they can speak continuesly every second without break?
NOW I want to turn these species into useful ones. Because the species I discovered can speak continuously, I want to make them ask same type of question continuously every second without break to another species and nonspecies. These species maybe able to ask questions continuously. I want to know how can I make them to ask question continuously to another species. I want to know how can make both the asker and the one being ask comfortable carry the continuously ask and continuously answer mission. I want the ask and answer work comfortably and appropriately to both parties during the asking session. Since the species can speak continuously for more than 7 years and up, I want the asker and answerer both to continuously ask and answer for 7 years and up.
I give you an example of continuously working device:
For example, Tesla Coil device can continuously carry mission. There are species can speak human voice continuously every second too.
Can you help me solve the above questions? Love you many kiss.
Please bring your questions and answers to me at:

Do you think these homes are worth $500K?

I grew up in LA and my heart will always have a place there, but no I don't think so. Home prices are just so drastically different depending where you go. Most of the people I know who bought homes went out east to the IE.
      Still, great video!

@@JoseGuerrero-yy4wl Thanks for sharing this, Jose.
For my wife and I, we’re practically priced out too. But it’s crazy that the IE is now just as expensive (and even more expensive) than South LA and other parts of LA.
Glad I could shine a light on the current market, though!

I think it is worth 500K. It is all relative. The first house you showed, (in Watts) , it would be over 1 million dollars if it were in culver city. And you would need to put in about 10K of worth of work to make it look nicer.

Great content. I think they are because of what LA has to offer as a whole. All major artists from all genres come to LA, lots of sports teams, night life, hiking, the beach, etc.

Who is buying? I am sure it is investors!

Between investors and families that don’t mind doubling up to make a payment. Buying a home in LA is not for a single working class family anymore.
