It’s been years but Lesterville and the Black River were my old stomping grounds. My buddy owned a 1000 acres farm along the black river near Lesterville. Man we had a lot of good time down there! This brings back some good memories!
I put in at k, can run down to Clearwater lake, fuel up and head back to K state park for camping. Makes for a beautiful afternoon ride. Running the middle fork, you had to turn around at county road 358 access from blacktop highway 49. Hope you had a safe trip, nice driving.
Next time your in missouri you need to run the meramec from Onadaga Cave up river to Steelville Mo. super fun run a little challenging in spots if the water is low

Wiped out in a canoe at that sketchy spot you passed at 9:00. When i went through that bend was no further than 10 feet off that log so it was hairy

If want jet boating fun go to the big Piney river in Missouri some spots are pretty narrow and really good fishing
