I have to agree about riggs, It just doesn't seems like she has a weak side. The fact that they gave her a energy generation artefact baffles me.
the fact that she's the most reliable card-drawer makes her op because she can cycle easily and kinda cheaply.
She's not the strongest, but she fits with any deck because evade is kinda always important. Riggs feels bad if you don't actually get her evade cards.

@@wall-keen1518 For simplicity, Peri is the strongest. She consistently gets 1-2 turn kills when built up, no infinite combos required. Also by far the easiest to beat the shopkeeper with: Parry + Ares Mode + 1 extra energy from any source to play them.
For antics, Max is the strongest conditionally. When he gets the cards he needs, he breaks the game wide open. However, if you don't get any of his combos made/figured out, he's quite weak. His cards only really work in combination with each other, not alone.
My personal favorite interaction so far is when you bring Eunice to Grandma's weapons emporium and bakery, she asks for all the pistachio macaroons and I'm like "Drake is my spirit animal!" XD

You know the more i think about it it's kind of psychotic that you can turn all the basic cards in the starter deck to cost 0, makes draw engines pretty valuable
yuuuuuup, of all roguelike deckbuilders, it is probably the strongest set of "forced" cards, which honestly is kinda nice.

4:50 Bloodstone Bolt B is one of my favorite cards in the whole game ... take it, upgrade it ASAP ... zero energy, high damage, trade shards for net healing, exhaust ... crazy strong 💠
Idk if I'm insane or not but could this deck have transitioned into a cursed flywheel recalibrator infinite using all the 0 cost attacks

Books and Riggs are such a great crew combo! I really enjoy doing crystal heavy runs, especially if I manage to get Overflowing Power; so satisfying to ramp up that way!
You are absolutely godlike at this game, easily beating the hardest difficulty like it's nothing.

Riggs is the best, but if you are ever going to skip on Riggs, then ship 5 is the best ship for that since it moves around on its own.
LOL Dizzy needed confirmation that the crystal shards weren't radioactive xD
The mechanic of that ship is basically in-built Autopilot with a cost of 1 energy to play Anchor.
I kept hoping you would get the books spell: 2 mana return all zero cost cards in your discard to your hand.

The starnicle fight you moved to the right so it hit the wing instead of the missile bay, in that instance you should have moved left and used the basic shot on the second from the left 2 damage tentacle.
5:18 how good is bloodstone bolt if you have the increase healing by 1 relic. It seems insane
It's easy infinite healing since it doesn't exhaust.
And that's how evil riggs came to be!!! Daaaaamn

I get to an extent the name is meant to give a better idea of it's gimmick, but it still bugs me that the new ship is the Tiderunner and not Neptune/Poseidon.
That's fair enough. It's a fairly minor complaint that just twigs the pattern recognition part of me.
Why would it be called those things? It has nothing to do with water.

Man the story got a bit heavy all of a sudden. The happygolucky character being stuck completely stranded and alone in space really takes things for a turn
And that's the evil riggs. Maaaaan poor girl
