Absolutely the best review, and tutorial for this radio. The company should pay you and post your video on their site. I’ve seen others, at least you weren’t afraid to show your location. I hope that you find a friend in the area and display the map interaction with another radio using the same digital burst protocol. I hope that the manufacturer upgrades the software to work with a bluetooth PC so that we can display that map on a large monitor. Thank you very much.
Digging the channel..... How are you still liking this unit? Mentioned you'll only program for GMRS. I would do the same, this is a sweet mobile unit with the BT features. Looks like you only get 16 channels per channel group. How are you programming your all the GMRS channels?
It’s still my main base unit for GMRS, performs great. Also, I don’t talk on the non repeater GMRS channels, I use the GMRS repeaters in my area which all the other operators are on. I don’t know anyone who even use the non repeater GMRS freqs unless they are hunting or off-roading with friends. 73👋🏻
